We were lucky to catch up with Talon Frazier recently and have shared our conversation below.

Talon , appreciate you joining us today. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

With now becoming a television director/producer and Entrepreneur, its all about my creative expression and putting out my best work. Some times as an artist ” different types” we tend to want to create and publish are best meaningful projects. However we have to remember nothing will be always perfect and things have to getting moving forward. I believe as a father and a business owner outside of my new true found passion its about balance and consistency and the drive to to continue to work hard no matter the circumstances we face in our day to day life. I believe in working smarter not harder. Understanding what are true gift it and making the best of what we are blessed with. and moreover, taking it day by day. but making sure we compete the tasks that we set for ourselves as entrepreneurs or creatives. Also as a radio personality for a couple networks here in Midwest. I believe in giving it your all and finding unique and innovative ways to make your talents shine bright. We might not have everything we want at the start but taking it day to day and staying focused through any trial and tribulations is key to achieve any thing great.

Talon , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My Name is Talon Frazier, I a business owner, entrepreneur, radio personality and director and producer for a television network here in Midwest. My main mission is to enlighten, bring to light d help my community in any way, shape or form. by hosting entertaining, relevant and important interviews, talk about hot, and important topics etc. (Radio)(Television) and helping my fellow creator and artist find the success in any of their endeavors, rather it be in music, art or business etc. I believe in help pushing talented individual to be the best that they can be and hopefully inspire them to reach their top potential. moreover, When it comes to being a business owner and entrepreneur I am in the servicing business as well. I believe in the business world, you will always have opportunities and business when you helping solve a problem or can bring a solution to something that is troubled. I would almost consider my self as a creative solution individual. if I can help and its helping my fellow man/woman and its laid on my heart by the creator then I will do as such and do my very best for it or the subject to flourish. TVF Ent Is my newest project that will be being published soon as well as on SPEAK net work My new television show “Break Da’ Scene” hosted by I, Talon Frazier, which i am blessed and happy to finally get in production and rolling, Which fans will all be able to watch later this year. I do stay very active and busy but do find balance to conduct, produce and air with 94.1 WFNU and 98.9 KRSM both radio networks I have shows on, “Talon Frazier’s Motivational Talks and 98.9.KRSM “Good Vibes, Vibe Good “They are both exciting, fresh and unique in their own fashion. How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?

I believe in life it takes a individual to have self belief, to know their worth and a strong vision. I had to learn no one will work as hard as the person who has the vision and the aspiration. Meaning, You have to put in the heavy hours, stay committed to you dream and goal, and never let the outside noise sway you away from your true passion. no matter how hard it gets you have to stay striving for the best outcome and know that your giving it your and and that you are completing your best work for your self and fans. I do believe there are strength in numbers. furthermore, as society as a whole we have to put aside egos, jealousy and envy for ones successes or skill and uplift and rout on our fellow creative, I believe there is enough “Shine” and “Success” for all of us to be great in our endeavors, I believe that instead of looking to out do the next creative, artist etc., to look in the mirror and try to be the best YOU. that you can be, don’t worry about everyone else lane on the freeway of life but focus on our own lane and what makes us unique and special. I be believe we are all granted with our own special abilities and skills and instead of using it for negative, use it as a positive and help support one another in our careers and endeavors. Lastly, It takes a team to win championships and be legendary. so the more people you do have in your corner the are genuine and believe in your talents their better shot you may in reaching the heights that a person wants to reach. be good person and good things will happen to you.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Just as seasons change and life as well, missions can be allured. My main mission has always stayed the same, which was to be influential, inspiring, have a positive message and to help change the world for better, by using different and innovated ways, such as music, news, entertainment, podcast, radio, television and entrepreneurship (business). Moreover, when you have aspirations as a younger person (rookie), you will learn that not all people including self, are not always up to par with knowing how things work fully. and sometimes you can lose hope in what your perusing because that person might have to endure turbulence during the journey. Meaning, learning the harder way. success is gained by trial and error. It takes learning and understanding how business and careers (how life operates) However, Once you have gained experience in your craft dedicated your self to your passion and have been through trials & triumphs. your learn important and beneficial things, some good and some (bad), a learning lesson, that can propel you into a brighter future. or at least guide you better in what to look for or to do to help you flourish in your life. as I have become a “Vet” veteran or more experienced. i have learned a quite of important and life/career saving things, as “patience is a virtue” t0 always have integrity and humbleness. Don’t exhaust yourself, meaning – don’t do so much at one time and have mercy on yourself a person as a creative all ready has critics and the world opinions. {Clouding and fogging up your opinion of your art. Most importantly trust in your skills and abilities and know the hard work, time and sacrifice you had to endure to achieve knowledge and skill you developed with time. All in all. My mission changed by understanding that you can help everyone on the way to the top but to identify the ones that cant identify in themselves at that moment that they are rare and unique and to identify the ones that really are passionate and hungry for success and isn’t about play play but genuine wants to do something special with their lives ” there is a famous Quote that says” You can bring a horse to the well, but you cant make them drink”. So I believe in finding people that are like minded and have a unique angle approach to life and most importantly. Has a kind and great heart, and wants to help bring positive change to their communities, work, careers, arts and genuinely wishes everyone love, happiness and prosperity in their lives and endeavors
