We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Talina Jenkins . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Talina below.
Talina, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
Thank you for allowing me to share my story about taking a risk. The biggest risk I’ve ever taken was on myself by startin Talina yourHost.
God has allowed me to touch so many lives. I have a passion for people, fun professionalism, and Your Mobile Events LLC allows me to do exactly that plus more.
I’ve taken many risk with traveling state to state visiting Wedding Venue‘s, investing in myself beyond just monetary value; investing, and taking a risk in myself by always working with integrity and going above and beyond for my clientele.
Talina, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Consistency and passion are everything, and it is one of the many reasons Talina YourHost is a rising star in her community and in surrounding areas. Starting out as a brand ambassador for a prominent Spirits company, she felt it was time to take her career to the next level and received her Mixology license from the ABC Bartending School located in Birmingham, AL while studying for her Bachelors Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/Business Management from Athens.
After finishing her second Professional Mixology certification in Nashville; she began to branch out and take this word of bartending to the next level!
➡️✨Also her all time favorite go-to wine is a beautiful room temperature merlot🍷

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson that I had to unlearn was Time is money. Time, in fact, is not money time is your greatest asset.
Another lesson I had to unlearn is you have to work hard to make money. No, I will work hard to make money for myself but mostly I would rather work smart and let my money work for me. That’s where passive income comes in.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Finding my business is still something that I’m learning every day. I did a portion has come out of pocket and also having other streams of income can assist you with finding your business.
Now once you begin to scale your business, the way you like, that is where sponsors and investors come in I would love more information about that portion of it
