Takiya , appreciate you joining us today. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?

The defining moment in my career was in June when I decided to be fearless. I decided that I could no longer live just a bare minimum life however I was called to a higher purpose. I was called to change lives. This moment came after being publicly humiliated. From living at effect of my childhood traumas I could not properly process rejection. Yet this moment came just like the others. Yet it was still the defining moment. The moment I released anything that was holding me back. Dove deeper into mindset work and begin to see God transform my world.

I can look back thankful for the humiliation as it took confronting that pain to bring me to a place of purpose.

Takiya , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I will never for August 2020 leaving Broken Bow having read an article that said if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life. Well I loved helping people. I loved giving advice which them led me to going down the path to NueroLinguistics which I am absolutely passionate about.

It took discipline it took the willingness to release peoples opinions however it was worth it. As I did this not did I eventually take on TikTok with now over 92K followers. However I run multiple successful businesses and I have created, The Sis You Need brand.

I help women create wealth God’s way. I help moms discover their purpose in word of motherhood meanwhile still going after their dreams.

I have also been on the Amazon Best Sellers list. What sets me apart from most is I am big on using faith coupled with scientific knowledge concerning the mind to help usher my clients into purpose.

I am truly most thankful to be able to be a twenty-eight year old mother of three who has against all odds overcame life’s struggles and is now walking in wealth, pursuing, and changing lives.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

In my journey I was faced with my middle daughter being diagnosed with what is considered to the world an incurable disease. Yet against all odds we have stood and kept going and believing, knowing that this is just a part of our journey. And now I get to be an example to moms who’s kids may be in a wheelchair that all things are possible to those who believe.

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

Working on your mindset and maintaining a strong level of faith. Everything in life is contingent on your faith and your mind. We are all a sum total of what we learned or what is going on in the mind. And when we renew that, we become unstoppable.
