We were lucky to catch up with Takia Lewis recently and have shared our conversation below.
Takia , appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
I appreciate all my supporters but those loyal customers really hit different for me . I have loyal customers that have supported Seductive Lingerie since day one . I give thanks to my customers by giving out flat screen tv’s , free products , & getaway trips . We actually have one customer Sierra who has been one of our longest customer we are working on currently booking her a trip for being so loyal to our company , sharing our post faithfully , . Nothing goes unnoticed with our company .

Takia , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Well hello for starters everyone I’m Takia Lewis the owner of Seductive Lingerie . I honestly fall in love with my journey of entrepreneurship more and more everyday. You can never stop learning anything . I remember our company only had custom bras and panties . I would make custom pieces and started selling my items on IG & FB through messenger before I had a website . For years this was our method of selling items for our brand until I met a gentleman named Keith which is also a business owner he showed me how I could create a website with trial & error I can honestly say we have mastered doing our own content , websites and more . Over a 3 year span our company expanded & now offers lingerie for S-6x , natural bath products & skincare , clothing shoes me more . I’m proud to say we have a Men’s Collection as well which is so dope to me . Im proud to say that Seductive Lingerie has been featured in magazines we have been seen at events , billboards & worldwide . , Our company is praised by so many people from all over we have a lot of supporters from Chi Town , MD , NY , NC & we have a few that are international . The difference between us and any other businesses are that we have great customer service that is out this world , we acknowledge our supporters to the fullest, we do quality checks for all our items , we have a 24/7 chat team . We offer free items for our customers on their birthday every year .Seductive Lingerie is just literally bomb .

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
My most effective strategy for growing my clientele is very easy for me but may be hard for others . I’m a friendly person , I’m outgoing & I don’t mind talking about my brand to others. Therefore I’m always front & center in the camera promoting my items or in person . When I travel I always have my business cards and free goodie bags with my products and next thing you know I have brand new clients from word of mouth .


What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My personality & social media has helped build my reputation. Before my brand I always was known for being outgoing , pretty , smart , funny & just bomb so social media was honestly a plus to my business .
