Taciana , appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

The story behind my mission is based off of my experiences,challenges, and victory in life. My mission is to help other women heal, earn their power back so that they can step into their purpose. I’m a single mom of 2 kids that battles with Kidney failure. In 2019 my life did a 360 after I was hospitalized due to having difficulty breathing from there I was told that my kidneys were failing it was functioning at 25% and I started dialysis approximately 3 months later. I applied for disability at my job and got denied than I applied for SSI I got approved but the money couldn’t pay my bills. I was introduced to buy a credit repair ebook to learn about credit and how to fix your own credit. I started learning and took different courses and got certified to be a credit repair specialist. I started my first business Vitals Solutions LLC August 2020 off of the credit cards I’ve applied for and the knowledge I had got from the course, seminars I’ve attended. Took t the leap of faith started building clientele. In December 2020 I took a spiritual life coach course and right after that course I registered my second business Divine Jane’s Vibez LLC. Divine Jane’s Vibez LLC is a spiritual online store that has numerous of products to help people balance their energy. I’ve been helping people heal from spiritual attacks by doing energy work for them for over 15 years and this is a gift from God. I’m a certified Reiki Master. I have so many services on helping people heal. My mission on earth is to help people change their lives no matter what’s going on don’t let it have control over you, your life, yes somethings you have no control over but don’t let it turn you into a victim. Don’t give up. Stand up and fight for what you want and need. Have self discipline it will change your life.

Taciana , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am a 37 year old single mom of 2 kids that has stepped into her power and purpose. I am the owner of Vitals Solutions LLC and Divine Jane’s Vibez LLC. Vitals Solutions LLC is a consultant company that helps clients with personal and business credit. We teach people how to leverage their personal and business credit so they can live the life that they deserve. I hear a lot of people complain about how hard it is to get a new car or a house the main things that these banks are looking for is credit and income. We’re living in a world that revolves around credit. Cash is King but Credit is Power. Credit opens doors to tables you would of never imagine yourself in. Some of the challenges that I’ve faced is my color. I feel like cooperate America automatically labels minorities especially if you’re Black as being broke. I walked into a car dealership to get a brand new car I was rejected without anyone even checking my credit but I was offered a 2008 car which is 12 years older from the car that I had. I went to the same dealer at a different location that had minorities working there I was approved in moments for a brand new car and picked up my car the next day. Even when I go into certain business they talk to me like I can’t afford the services. That’s one of the biggest challenges I face everyday. One of the challenges I face and other small business owners face is family and friends not supporting their business. They complain about everything especially your prices. I feel like they purposely do it cause they want it for free or they don’t want to see you win. There’s also jealously. My advice to anyone that’s in business or want to be in business just start focused on your goals. Block anyone that doesn’t good energy focus on yourself and keep pushing the reward is better than letting go.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

I funded my businesses off of personal and business credit cards. I learned about credit and from there I used the banks money to invest in my business. I didn’t choose a business that was going to cost a lot to start I chose one that all I had to due was use the knowledge that I had and put it to work.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The best strategy is get yourself out there. Always network. Go to different events and network. Always have cards handy. Always post on social media. Getting a mentor is important too they’ll teach you some of their tricks and inspire you to do better.
