I am my own hero because of the resilience and determination I have shown in facing the challenges life has thrown my way. I have never backed down, always approaching difficulties with a positive attitude and the unwavering belief that I am destined for success. This mindset has been instrumental in shaping my journey and guiding me towards achieving my goals.

While I draw inspiration from various individuals and their stories, ultimately, I find the greatest source of strength and motivation within myself. The lessons I have learned from my own experiences have taught me the importance of perseverance, self-belief, and staying true to my goals even in the face of adversity.

One particular anecdote that stands out is when I was faced with a major setback in my career. Instead of giving up, I used it as an opportunity to learn and grow, ultimately propelling myself forward towards greater achievements. Starting out as a college student at PVAMU, I initially pursued my dream of becoming a supermodel, which led me to temporarily drop out of school to focus on this aspiration. Along the way, I encountered various obstacles that tested my determination, but I remained optimistic and determined to achieve my goals. Despite the challenges, I never lost sight of my dreams and eventually decided to return to school while also venturing into entrepreneurship by opening my own business shortly before graduation.

For those who may be unfamiliar with my journey, I transitioned from a college student with dreams of becoming a supermodel to a resilient individual who navigated obstacles to pursue both education and entrepreneurship. My brand Nowa and Marija Lawn Care and Pet Service is a distinctive brand that offers a unique blend of services catering to both lawn care and pet care needs. With a focus on providing top-notch services.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

When it comes to managing a team and maintaining high morale, effective communication, recognition, and appreciation play crucial roles. Foster open and transparent communication channels within the team to keep members informed and engaged.
