Alright, Susie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
For many years, I had the privilege of reading for a client who has become dear to my heart. One day, she approached me with a heavy heart, filled with worry about her upcoming surgery. She confided in me, fearing the worst. Gently, I reassured her, telling her that during her pre-op appointment, minor issues with her heart would be discovered. However, she would still be approved for surgery. I also foresaw that during the procedure, the surgeons would find something unusual but that it wouldn’t be anything alarming.
True to my words, she called me after her pre-op, her voice a mix of relief and anxiety. The doctors had indeed detected some irregularities in her EKG, but they proceeded with the surgery. During the operation, they found a suspicious piece of skin. They sent it for further examination, and thankfully, it turned out to be benign. Her surgery was successful, and her joy was palpable.
A few months later, she reached out again, this time with a new worry. She felt strange symptoms and feared her cancer might be returning. With empathy, I reassured her it wasn’t cancer, but I urged her to get it checked out immediately. I felt strongly that the first doctor wouldn’t diagnose her correctly and stressed the importance of seeking a second or even third opinion.
Weeks passed before she called me again, her voice filled with amazement and gratitude. The first doctor had found nothing wrong, and the second doctor had also dismissed her symptoms. It wasn’t until she saw the third doctor that they discovered a blood clot in her arm. It was a miracle they found it in time, as it could have been life-threatening and may have even lead to her death.
With a heart full of gratitude, she thanked me for saving her life. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. It’s not just about reading the future but about being there for someone, providing guidance, and sharing in their journey with compassion and empathy.

One of the most challenging moments in my journey was when I picked up a missing person case. From the start, I had an unsettling feeling about it, but I decided to proceed. As I delved deeper into the case, I saw a horrific vision: the woman had been strangled to death and her body dismembered and placed into trash bags. It was a harrowing realization, and I struggled with the decision of whether or not to share this vision with her family.
The fear of being wrong and giving them false hope weighed heavily on me. I ultimately chose not to reveal what I saw, and instead offered a glimmer of hope. This decision haunted me, especially when the truth eventually came to light. I felt as though I had failed them, and it shook my confidence deeply. I told myself I could no longer handle missing person cases, feeling as though I had let my emotions get the best of me.
However, in that dark period, I also found resilience. I acknowledged my mistake, understanding that as a human, I am not infallible. This experience was a profound learning moment for me. I realized that to grow and to better serve those who seek my help, I needed to confront these difficult truths, no matter how painful.
I promised myself to be more transparent, and to trust my intuition more fully, even when faced with the most challenging situations. Instead of quitting, I chose to continue my work with renewed dedication, knowing that people need my guidance and support. This experience taught me resilience, and reinforced my commitment to help and heal others, even in the face of personal doubt and fear.
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Back in 2020, my business was thriving. With everyone confined to their homes due to the uncertainty and fear brought on by COVID-19, many sought solace and guidance from psychic and tarot readers like myself. During those trying times, I was able to provide comfort and clarity to countless individuals.
However, as the world began to reopen and people returned to their routines, my business experienced a significant slowdown. Faced with this challenge, I knew I had to adapt and innovate to keep my practice alive. Embracing the digital age, I turned to social media, creating engaging videos and posts to reach a wider audience.
These efforts paid off, helping me build a stronger presence and attract new clients. This experience taught me the importance of evolving with the times and staying connected with those who need my guidance.
Today, I am grateful to still be here, continuing my mission to bring love, healing, and direction to those who seek it. This journey has reinforced my belief that with resilience and creativity, we can overcome any obstacle and thrive in even the most challenging circumstances.
