We recently connected with Sush Limbu and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Sush, thanks for joining us today. Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?
It’s a prevalent misconception that innovation is exclusive to high-profile tech figures and startups. The reality is that innovation plays a significant role in the success of every business, regardless of size or industry. Throughout my career as an influencer, I have constantly strived to innovate in both small and significant ways to stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape. One particular instance that stands out is when I revamped my content creation strategy by incorporating interactive elements to enhance audience engagement. By introducing interactive polls and quizzes, I was able to foster a deeper connection with my followers and provide them with a more personalised experience. This innovative approach not only boosted my engagement metrics but also allowed me to gather valuable insights into the preferences and interests of my audience.Innovation isn’t just about groundbreaking technologies or massive disruptions; it’s about continuously adapting and evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of your audience. Embracing innovation in all aspects of my influencer journey has been instrumental in my growth and staying relevant in a competitive digital landscape.

Sush, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
So, let me introduce myself and share my journey with you. I am a content creator and influencer with a mission to inspire others to pursue their passions and dreams. Despite not having a massive following, I have worked with various brands, showcasing that smaller influencers can be just as authentic and relatable. One of my proud moments was seeing my work featured on a billboard and being fearfully on Influencer Magazine U.K.
My journey began in the fashion world, where I always had a love for capturing aesthetic photos and videos of my daily life, outfits, travels, and cozy cafes. Encouraged by friends and family, I started sharing my content publicly. By tagging brands and providing honest reviews, I caught the attention of a website offering influencer campaigns. Despite my doubts about my follower count, I took a chance and got accepted as an influencer, creating content and writing reviews.
Working with 10 brands through genuine collaborations has been a highlight. I create engaging content for their social media platforms, receiving positive feedback from both the brands and their followers. While some collaborations are paid, others are gifted or done for charitable causes. Along the way, I encountered fake pages posing as brands trying to scam influencers – a lesson to always research new brand opportunities thoroughly.
Building a community within the social media space has been an enriching experience. Connecting with like-minded individuals and creators who support each other has been invaluable. Moving forward, I aim to grow as a successful creator and influencer while expressing gratitude to those who have supported me. Keep an eye out for my upcoming campaigns and content!
In conclusion, my journey as an influencer has been filled with lessons, challenges, and growth opportunities. By staying true to my passion for creating inspiring content, I hope to motivate others to chase their dreams in the digital age. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my brand – I look forward to sharing more with you in the future!

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
By utilising messaging or email platforms is a great way to stay connected. Regularly updating brands on my activities, projects, and whereabouts can help them feel involved and engaged. Asking for their feedback and suggestions not only shows that I value their opinion but also helps in tailoring my services to meet their needs. Overall maintaining open communication, providing value through personalised interactions, and showing genuine interest in brands needs are key elements in fostering brand loyalty.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Being an artist or creative is most rewarding when you can authentically express yourself and emotionally connect with others through your work. The process of creating content allows me to explore my thoughts and emotions in a unique and meaningful way. Additionally, as an influencer, the appreciation of brands validates my talent and opens up collaboration opportunities. Positive reception from the audience reinforces my impact and satisfaction. Recognition and validation from both brands and the audience make the creative journey fulfilling.
