As a result, many CEOs have become quite enthusiastic about approving multimillion-dollar data initiatives, often harboring overly optimistic expectations about their outcomes. However, the journey can be more complex than it initially appears.
The sheer volume of data can be daunting. Accessing and correlating this information is challenging, as it often exists in disparate raw formats across various systems. Thus, the endeavor resembles searching for valuable items in a sprawling junkyard rather than mining a rich gold vein.
