Alright, Sugar thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Are you happier as a business owner? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job?

I’m very happy as a business owner but I do think there are similarities in also having a regular job. You still need to wake up early in the morning and put in those same hours into your work!

It can be challenging but I honestly have applied to about 15 jobs and God has not allowed me to have one lol I was in a place of my life where I invested a lot of time and money in my business and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. So I had to step back and reevaluate what I needed to do. In that time, I wasn’t working so I did apply to a few jobs and when I realized what God was trying to tell me, that I needed to look within instead of having a job, I came to my conclusion.

So I realized my true purpose is for spirit to work through me to help others on this earth and to monetize my talents.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Sugar Preistley, I was born in Los Angeles. I’ve been an athlete since I was a little girl and have grown experience within the years of using my own personal expertise. I got into my industry by posting on social media, and women became interested in my workout regime. From there, I shared my personal training skills and went viral!

I provide an Fitness & Sensuality App named Sugar’s Secrets. This app helps women or men who need help finding their fitness flow in and out the gym providing them with exercises, workouts, stretch routines, programs, nutritious recipes, educational blogs and much more! I also inspire and help women embrace their sensuality. My app helps women emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually to grow confidence and self-love within themselves.

I combine fitness and sensuality and use them to create abundance and flow. I feel that’s what I’m most proud of and sets me apart from others. Examples of this are my Sensual Inversion Yoga programs and my Twerk and Tone exercises!

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty by always having regular communication through emails, dm’s, texting, or zoom calls. I usually update them on my products or services, share news, or just check in to see how’re they’re doing! I make sure to always tailor my communication to each client’s preferences and needs. I’m very genuine when it comes to this and I’m a great active listener.

Using my social media platforms to engage with my clients, has helped tremendously. I love to respond to their comments or messages promptly in a timely manner. Showing my appreciation and gratitude for their love and support after every interaction. I create exclusivity to all my loyal clients as well, with special offers and hosting live sessions!

How did you build your audience on social media?

I built my audience being consistent with recording and posting, and also following the trend of my most viral video. Building an audience on social media takes time and effort, but with a well-thought-out strategy, you can expand your reach.

Some tips to help grow your social media audience include defining your target audience, choosing the right platforms that align with your target audience, optimizing your profiles, creating high quality content, using hashtags wisely, engaging with your audience, collaborating and networking with other brands, organizing giveaways, promoting your social media, and being authentic!
