Alright, Sue & Gina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with what makes profitability in your industry a challenge – what would you say is the biggest challenge?
Sue and her husband who was a commercial broker together invested in multi-residential properties. He encouraged Sue to pursue residential real estate because everyone needs a place to call home. Gina vowed to never be a real estate agent after seeing Sue working weekends and after 5pm, yet once Gina got a taste of the business she was eager to do more. Together as a mother-daughter team they exclusively provide a level of representation that is unique and unsurpassed. What sets us apart is we’re driven by caring about the people we help. no matter what the price point of their property is. We’re honest, dedicated, and responsive we’re not in the sales business, we’re real estate advisors. We’re about changing people’s lives and helping them achieve a place they’re comfortable in to thrive, grow and create memories whether it’s here in California or out of state.

The California contracts and disclosures back in 2000 were only 8 pages and now they are hundreds of pages buyers and sellers need an advocate or two ( in our case) to protect their interests. We negotiate on behalf of our clients as if our life depended on it. A skilled experienced negotiator knows how to navigate the transaction and sometimes it can be challenging depending on the mindset of those on the other end of a bilateral agreement. Most proud of- our business was built from the bottom up.We didn’t know anyone when we moved here from the Midwest , no connections whatsoever. We didn’t have a sphere of influence to send us referrals nor did another family member or local professional hand us business. We worked tirelessly from the ground up. It was and is all accomplished by hard work and building our own relationships.
