We were lucky to catch up with Steven Rehrig recently and have shared our conversation below.
Steven, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Bibe all started from an experience I had at a club in Miami. I was meeting some friends who went to the University of Miami for a weekend. We rarely get to see each other because we go to different colleges, so we were eager to reconnect and have a good time. We ended up going to a large club, which was quite different from what I was used to in my small town. The place was packed with hundreds of people, and the first thing I noticed was how crowded the bar was.
I wanted to get a drink, but it took me about 20 minutes just to push through the crowd and another 10 minutes to finally get the bartender’s attention. By the time I got my drink, I was frustrated, knowing I had just wasted 30 minutes of precious time that I could have spent with my friends. When I got back to them, they were wondering where I had been, and that’s when I realized the major inefficiency in the whole experience.
That night, the concept of Bibe was born. I thought, “What if I could just order drinks from my phone and pick them up at the bar when they’re ready?” This idea drove the creation of Bibe, and it’s why our mission is so important to us. We want to give people their time back at bars and clubs because time is valuable—something we’ll never get back. Every second matters, especially when you’re out with friends for a limited time. Our mission is to give people at every bar, club, or venue control over their night and allow them to have the best possible experience.

Steven, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Steven, the founder of Bibe – Line Less LLC and the creator of Bibe, an innovative app designed to enhance the nightlife experience by allowing bar and restaurant patrons to order drinks directly from their phones. My journey into this industry started from a personal experience that highlighted a common problem many of us face during a night out—the frustratingly long wait times at crowded bars. I’ve always been passionate about solving problems and creating solutions that add value, and this experience inspired me to develop Bibe as a way to give people back their time and improve their overall experience when they’re out with friends.
Line Less LLC is dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology solutions that help bars, nightclubs, and other venues operate more efficiently while improving customer satisfaction. Bibe allows customers to order drinks, receive notifications when they’re ready, and pick them up without the hassle of waiting in long lines. It’s completely free for venues, which means they can offer this added convenience to their patrons without any upfront costs. We generate revenue by charging a small convenience fee to customers for using the app.
What sets us apart is our commitment to both the customer and the business owner. For customers, we provide a seamless and efficient way to enhance their night out, allowing them to spend more time enjoying themselves and less time waiting. For business owners, we offer a tool that can increase sales, improve service efficiency, and ultimately lead to happier, more satisfied customers.
I’m most proud of how Bibe has quickly gained traction since its launch. In just a few months, we’ve acquired over 1600 users, with nearly 700 actively using the app. We’ve facilitated thousands of orders, processed tens of thousands of dollars in transactions, and have already been featured in multiple news articles. We’re expanding rapidly, with launches planned at several venues in Florida.
The main thing I want potential clients and followers to know is that Bibe is more than just an app—it’s a solution to a problem that many of us have experienced. We’re here to make nights out more enjoyable and efficient for everyone involved. Whether you’re a customer looking to maximize your time or a business owner seeking to enhance your service offerings, Bibe is designed to meet your needs. We’re constantly evolving and looking for ways to improve the nightlife experience, and we’re excited about the future and the impact we can make in this industry.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
I have two prominent business partners, Nii and James, and I truly believe the way I met both of them was an act of God. I believe the universe works in strange ways, and that everything happens for a reason because, based on the odds, I should never have met either of them.
I met Nii while I was a student at Stetson University, where I had a part-time job at the gym. I worked there for years throughout college, and not only did I work there, but I also worked out there every day. Nii was someone who frequently came to the gym, and over time, we got to know each other. We’d talk about life goals, lifting, and we even started working out together. I could tell Nii was someone with a strong internal drive, a great mind, and was absolutely brilliant.
When I started developing the concept for Bibe, I had wireframes made and needed feedback to see if I was onto something. My instinct told me to go to Nii. One day at the gym, while I was working, Nii came in, and I pulled him aside, saying, “Dude, I gotta show you something I’ve been working on. I want your feedback.” We went to the back room at the gym, and I ran through the prototype of Bibe. Nii was very quiet while I was showing him, clearly thinking intensely. After a moment, he said, “This is awesome. I want to be part of this.” From that moment, we started working together on this journey.
My other partner, James, came into my life in a crazy situation. I was at a bar in Orlando, which was rare for me because I live in Deland and don’t often make the drive to Orlando. It was a Sunday, and when I walked into the bar, I had two beverages one in each hand, with my sunglasses upside down just to be funny for my friends. As I looked across the outside area by the DJ, I noticed a guy doing the exact same thing. We immediately locked eyes, went over to each other, took a picture, and exchanged Instagrams.
A few weeks later, I was posting about the concept of Bibe, and James commented on my post because he was interested. We ended up grabbing dinner and cigars to dive deeper into it, and it turned out that he was the manager of a resort, and his father was very involved in the hospitality industry. A week later, he introduced me to his father at the resort they owned, which turned into a long-term relationship and a wonderful partnership.
The way I met Nii and James cannot be random. I believe that things happen for a reason, and these opportunities are all part of God’s plan.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
The first step in teambuilding is to find exceptional people who are better than yourself. You need to bring in individuals with skill sets and mindsets that differ from yours, filling in the gaps where you may have weaknesses. You don’t want to be the smartest person on your team; instead, surround yourself with people who can challenge you and bring new perspectives.
Trust is crucial, especially in a startup where things are often unorthodox and uncertain. You need team members who you can rely on, who have your back, and who can handle the ups and downs that come with building something from the ground up.
To maintain high morale, it’s vital to show constant appreciation to your team members. Make sure they feel valued and recognized because, without them, there would be no business. Regularly relay the vision and purpose of what you’re trying to achieve, and how you’re working to make a difference in the world and within your industry. This shared sense of purpose can be a powerful motivator and keeps everyone aligned and driven towards the common goal.
