Steven, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with what makes profitability in your industry a challenge – what would you say is the biggest challenge?
So as everyone knows there are 1,000,001 general contractor or roofers. So being personal with our clients and giving a quality products as far as the best materials a great price.
Steven, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I got into the industry just growing up around construction. Worked for some companies and the pride in the workmanship or work area. A lot of the times was not there. I set out Start our own company and be personal with the clients, listening to their needs and doing a thorough job As far as not cutting any corners or Cost on material. We are Preferred contractor through Owen Corning and after installing other materials or companies know that Owen Corning stands the test the times.
Can you talk to us about how you funded your business?
The funding of the business started By buying tools while working through the union and or side jobs as we were getting the company branded. It was a long process of over three years building our arsenal, but now have all our equipment needed paid in full
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
There would be times when work was slow or Marketing wasn’t working, and all I could rely on was the power prayer and knowing that if he can, he will, And with that it always worked out
