We recently connected with Steve Cas and have shared our conversation below.
Steve, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.
I knew at a very early age, that yes, I loved art and I wanted to pursue as a career. Not only because of the love, but because of the acceptance and realization that I was horrible at everything else.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am Steve Cas: I’m from New York City. I grew up in what some may call a creative household. I was always given art supplies. My Grandma, Mom, and my uncle were actively in the creative field. My parents always encouraged to me follow my visions. My parent showed me that being creative was normal and that was the only professional career plan that we would be taking.
I begin my career in the industry, When I was hired as a staff artist working on Warner Bros. licensed products. I knew once I began at Warner Bros., my hobbies then became a lifetime career. With my multiple skill set, I started creating designs for Tee Shirt that were available and sold throughout the United States. I would provide the best markable artistic tee shirts for retail stores. What set’s me apart from others is my multiple skill set and merchandising experience, and the ability to draw with both hands.
I’m most proud of the ability to be able to draw what’s in my mind. To my clients, followers and fans: I maybe not be the best, but I always do my best! Cas
We’d love to hear your thoughts on NFTs. (Note: this is for education/entertainment purposes only, readers should not construe this as advice)
My experience with NFTs, has allowed me to realize that my entire artistic career has be geared for that platform. With that said, stay tuned for my CAStoon Character licensing.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Disney Animation, The illustration of life. It truly inspired me in an amazing way. The experience was greatly mind opening.
