We recently connected with Stephanie Worley and have shared our conversation below.
Stephanie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?
Understanding the lift and time commitment to marketing yourself and your business on online platforms. I am much better in person at building relationships and networking and have cultivated a great group of contacts locally. What I didn’t realize at the beginning was the impact of marketing yourself online and establishing/growing that network.
I always thought that LinkedIn and other social platforms were meant to support people looking for corporate jobs not business owners looking to raise awareness and grow their network. I was discouraged in the first few months when I realized my reach was smaller than I was anticipating and that I was missing a critical piece of the puzzle.

Stephanie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Some of the guiding principles I live by when leading a team of high morale.
Lead by Example: Demonstrate the behaviors and attitudes I expect from my team. Always show enthusiasm, commitment, and positive attitude.
Clear Communication: I maintain open and transparent communication channels. I’m constantly ensuring that everyone is aware of goals, expectations, and any changes that may affect them.
Empowerment and Autonomy: Trust my team members to take ownership of their tasks is key for success. By providing them with the autonomy to make decisions and take initiative it fosters a positive and empowered environment.
Recognition and Rewards are important to regularly acknowledge and appreciate the team’s hard work and achievements.
