Hi Stephanie , thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success to me is a piece of mind. It is the action of living, breathing, and feeling successful. One of my favorite quotes is “I think, therefore I am.” Willing whatever it is you want to be as if you are the one manifesting it. Success is different for everyone, most people have their own idea of what it means to be successful! I feel like if you are working on and staying true to your own interpretation of what success means in your life, then you are in fact achieving success!

I’d love to introduce myself, I am Stephanie Wilson, Owner & Professional Hair & Makeup Artist of Pink Mantis Beauty! Pink Mantis Beauty was established in 2017, however I have been practicing my craft in beauty for as long as I can remember! Originally from Nashville, I grew up in Franklin Tennessee. I’ve always enjoyed using her talents and experience to create styles that bring her client’s vision to life. Ive worked with Celebrities, Musicians and C.E.O’s! I’m licensed and certified as a Makeup Artist & Esthetician. I have also worked with major cosmetic companies such as Charlotte Tilbury, BareMinerals, M.A.C, Dior Cosmetics, and Sephora. as well as have years of Salon Experience. You can see my work Published in several International Magazines, Commercials, Music Videos, and on TV networks like TLC, PBS, CMT, and A&E. It is my goal to remain a versatile professional and use my expertise and experience to help individuals achieve their dream look. I am so happy to have known from a young age that this was my dream and am so excited to see where else my career takes me!
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Throughout the years I have been offering services for clients, it is my main priority to achieve complete customer satisfaction! As hard as it is to please everyone I strive for perfection when it comes to making my client completely satisfied. From the time we initially speak to the consultation and performing services I want everything to be easy, convenient, thorough and stress free! A-lot of my business comes from establishing personal and long term relationships with those I serve. Because of this I receive many referrals! Personal testimonies and detailed referrals are in my opinion the best because they hold the most value. You can ask clients to leave reviews ect and those definitely help, however to me personal referrals are he best!
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Google reviews seems to be the best organic way to reach out of town clientele. I also strive to get any and all previous clients to leave a detailed review in order to help my business!
