Hi Stephanie R , thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The story behind my mission is to provide clients with high-quality, professional services in an eco-friendly environment. I strive to have business strategies, motivate my clients and grow my clientele. Learning new techniques, understanding different hair trends and practicing styling methods are also key factors on my mission. Repeated visits from my clients and . seeing that smile on my clients face are always priceless and unmatched.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I attribute much of my success to my dedication to this craft. I’m Licensed to create and Education has led my business for 27+ years and it truly sets me apart from some of my peers. I have trained with some of the industry’s top professionals at Lively Technical Center in Tallahassee Florida. Also, when I couldn’t always find the perfect edge tamer to give my clients that finished look, I created my own! I’m proud to enjoy a career where I can foster a special and lasting connection with people and I love the confidence and smiles that a fresh look gives my clients. Discipline, professionalism and problem solving are always key factors for running my business.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I keep in touch with my clients through my website’s contact list. I send email newsletters to keep them up to date on my products/services, new offers available, and other items of interest or value. I also maintain an active social media presence, being sure to engage and support my clients in their personal lives. Not only does this keep me updated on news from clients, but it also shows that I’m genuinely interested in my clients even outside of the shop. Brand loyalty is imperative to my success and it let’s me know I’m doing my job well. It leads to repeat visits and higher revenues. If a business is lucky enough to build strong brand loyalty they can expect life time customers.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source for new clients has been all of my platforms. Statistics show that majority of my clients are by word-of-mouth referrals and all of my Social websites. Your clients will encourage their friends and family to visit your salon but I can take this a little bit further. Online ratings and reviews are probably one of the best ways that I also to attract new clients. Marketing and Promoting has been very imperative. Paid Ads are always a great way to get in front of a new audience.
