Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stephanie M Seaton. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Stephanie M thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Why I Do What I Do – Minister Stephanie M. Seaton
I serve in ministry because I know the pain of being broken. I grew up in what appeared to be a functional home, yet behind closed doors endured abuse, abandonment, and the aching silence of being forgotten. But even in my darkest moments, the Lord Jesus Christ never let go of me. He found me, healed me, delivered me, and gave me purpose.
My life was restored by His grace—not just for me, but so I could reach back and help others still wandering in pain and silence. Ministry is not just something I do—it’s who I am. My mission is Christ-driven. I am called to reveal the real Jesus, not religion. To lead the broken into relationship, not rituals. To help the lost discover that they are never beyond His reach.
Through books, teaching, nonprofit outreach, and every platform I’ve been entrusted with, I extend the healing I received. Every story I share, every soul I serve, is a testimony to the transforming power of Christ. This is my due service—my response to His redemption.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
How I Remain Resilient – Minister Stephanie M. Seaton
For me, resilience isn’t a choice—it’s the only way I know how to live. Following the Lord and doing what He has called me to do has never been optional. Even in the midst of pain, detours, obstacles, and distractions, giving up has simply never been on the table.
I don’t know what it feels like to quit. What I do know is how to fight, how to endure, and how to stay the course. From a young age, I understood that walking in obedience to God’s call was not just about survival—it was about purpose. Being who He called me to be is a lifelong mission etched into my heart, mind, and soul.
Every setback has only reinforced my drive to get back up, to realign with God’s path, and to follow through. My resilience flows from my faith—knowing that there’s glory on the other side of obedience, and that God’s promises are worth every battle.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
What I Had to Unlearn – Minister Stephanie M. Seaton
I’ve had to unlearn almost everything that was rooted in dysfunction. The patterns I grew up with—the beliefs, behaviors, and boundaries accepted in my family—were not aligned with the heart of God. I witnessed and endured things that were normalized, but they were never what the Lord ordained for His children.
The biggest transformation came through a complete mind shift. The Word says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind,” and that became my reality. I had to let go of what I thought was normal and learn what was godly. I had to seek the Lord for His truth—about who I am, how He sees me, and how deeply He loves me.
Trust was the hardest lesson. I was raised not to trust anyone, and yet here was the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—inviting me into a relationship built entirely on trust and surrender. Unlearning fear and embracing faith has been the foundation of my healing, and the reason I now walk in freedom.
