Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stephanie Hoyte. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Stephanie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.

I lost my job on December 1, 2020, at that moment I didn’t know which direction to go or what I wanted to do however I decided to never work for someone again and utilize the experience and knowledge that I gained from 15 years of experience as a business manager and place that experience into myself and continue to run my business to the best of my ability Taking that risk and not going looking for another six-figure job I decided to take that risk and invest in myself with a little money that I did have to start my business full-time and go into the mall at a kiosk for two months after that two months I took a risk and went even bigger into a storefront of 1300 ft.²

Stephanie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m a young girl originally from Barbados who got pregnant at 17 had my son at 18 moved to New York City with my dad to start a brand-new life, I wasn’t sure where I wanted to be or what I wanted to do but I always knew and my dream job was to be a banker and I found a way to make it work and after that, I submitted one application to the bank and I got the position as a teller. Being able to get my dream job a few years later I had my second son got married, got divorced moved to Brand New city Jacksonville Florida and started a whole life again at the moment I wanted better for myself I wanted to enhance my body and I got plastic surgery after getting plastic surgery I realize that not many women were aware of the do’s and don’ts when it comes to postop care, so I put myself out there and I started to learn more about it after learning more about it I was able to create a product that helped women enhance their bodies more safely, comfortably and achieved amazing results. My product was patent this last book Black History Month and I’m very proud of that achievement I’m also a business coach Where I help entrepreneurs build their brand and I help them structure their brand properly which in return will help them increase their revenue I wanted to be able to utilize my experience as a business manager and share it with people that need help and a lot of entrepreneurs CEOs whatever It is you see fit for them a lot of them are unaware when it comes to financials and the way their financials needs to be managed and to be able to understand what their financials are reading, so I started to teach entrepreneurs how to start their business and how to structure their bank accounts and financials the correct way, where the bank will always be able to approve them and not deny them for lending so I was able to utilize this information that I received and placed into other people to help them with their businesses, also I own a brick-and-mortar store in one of the biggest malls in Jacksonville Florida. I’m very excited and honored to be the youngest private owned business owner in that mall, it was always a dream to have my own store one day and to see that it came through anything is possible you just have to believe in yourself and you can never give up on yourself your current situation is not your final destination and your vision is bigger than the eyes can see people may not understand or see your vision but that does not mean that you don’t see it and you need to go after it you need to believe in yourself you have to understand that anything is possible through Christ who strengthens you, and that is what helped me through my days months and years to become the woman and mom that I am today the boss that I am the friend that I am I love the fact that I had to go through trials and tribulations to become the best version of me and have a successful business, I always tell people never to give up on their dreams always go after them no matter how big they are and when you’re setting your goals set a date so you can work towards it and be very specific and what you want in life from a person or from anything, you have to be very specific about it, the road will not always be smooth there will be times it will be rocky, but that does not mean that you will give up stop on your route and turn around and go back, you just have to figure out a different route, there is a plan for all of us for each and every one of us God has a plan for you and we have to reach our final destination to success.
Having a brick-and-mortar store was my dream and goal and I’m happy to say it came through.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

One thing I believe is that everybody has a story so back in 2018 when I started social media I started to share my stories with everyone from my surgical journey to my life in general to my trials and tribulations to my happiness and when I tell you I have done that and I have inspired so many people that they inspire me to keep going into to keep telling my story because you never know who you are able to help out there in the world so I always thought everybody has a purpose everybody has a story never be afraid to tell it and that’s how I was able to build my audience 126,000 people on TikTok over 35k people on Instagram and I have a facebook as well where I share the good and bad days so that they can understand that sometimes we have to fight the good fight when it comes to post op care and being successful, because success does not come easily so with me sharing my story and being on platforms and helping other people be able to elevate in life and I love the fact that I can do that without caring how anyone feels about me.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

So I manufacture a Product called an ab board it is a product that women may use after plastic surgery to help Smooth and control swelling and get their stomach super flat also Women can use it after postpartum after delivery, it would also allow them to get their stomach super flat with the help of compression. I designed this product and made it in my garage for two years until now that the product was patent approved and published I now work with manufacturing companies that can manufacture my product so they could Wholesaler to doctor offices Recovery has to help millions of women who go through plastic surgery to have the best recovery when it comes to their results
