We recently connected with Stephanie Anderson and have shared our conversation below.
Stephanie, appreciate you joining us today. Do you have any advice regarding quality control and maintaining quality as your brand grows?
One of the most important features of being a Christian is knowing our purpose in the earth. When we learn and understand who we belong to, we find a level of security in our identity that the world can’t give. Maintaining a quality “brand” and/or product starts with being secure in what you have to offer. If we excel and build with excellence in the lane we have been born to dominate, there is no room for comparison or compromise in the name of “popularity”. Stay true to your self and the right customers will follow.
Stephanie, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As a mentor and theologian, I have often found that the solution to most problems begin with the application of biblical principles and the revelation of purpose. There is no problem that God’s word can’t provide solutions for. Equally, the more we are aware of the identity of said product, company, brand, or relationship, the more we can establish a compass for finding our way back to what matters; no matter how far we have drifted off course. This philosophy has successfully guided me in coaching sessions, corporate teachings, and the personal development of many who have supported me.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
As someone who came from an environment of poverty, I was often counted out as the least likely by many of my peers and even some professors. However, what caused me to shine despite those who attempted to throw shade, was what resided down on the inside of me. The scripture says that there is treasure in our earthly vessels. What is that treasure? That treasure is the reason why you were born. It is your purpose, your calling, the gift you are to the earth. When I realized that I carried treasure that could be a solution to a problem, I started ministering to the people who were a problem and watching them heal from their own lack of identity. This gave birth to my passion to help others find their purpose and launch into their destiny.
How did you build your audience on social media?
In two weeks I gained 1,000 followers simply from my consistency and dedication. For a long time, I was locked into 1,000 followers. But I had to be honest with myself about how serious I was about actually growing my platform. The minute I decided, “I want to share what God gave me with as many people as I can” God gave me the template, and I put in the work, CONSISTENTLY. There is no magic. It’s dedication to creating good, authentic content and sharing it CONSISTENTLY.
