Hi Stefania, thanks for joining us today. What’s the best advice you ever gave to a client? How did they benefit / what was the result?
In Real Estate and in life, PREPARATION and expertise are everything, therefore my main advice is: BE PREPARED and always work with a specialist (in ANY area or project that you may endure). I always have a consultation with my clients where I explain in detail the step by step of the process, whether they will buy, sell or rent.
Sometimes, simple and not “harmful” actions can ruin everything. I’ve seen many times when uniformed buyers acquire new cars or make a large purchase (for their moving) before closing. Meaning, they complicate the closing of their house or simply lost the entire transaction.
The same applies to the preparation of the documents, being extremely organized and ready with everything that’s needed before taking any action. I know seeing houses is exciting, but you have to do your due diligence (be prepared) before the fun begins.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Stefania Mogollon, I was born and raised in Venezuela, which allows me to be bilingual and speak fluently English and Spanish. I was exposed to Real Estate and the beauty of the industry at a very early age. Seeing luxury properties, renovations and construction sites were my childhood day to day.
After graduation from collage with a Bachelor’s in International Business, I migrated to New York City where I had the best professional and life lessons, and learned really quick that you have to work hard to get what you want. My first challenge: find a permanent place to live, and as an immigrant that’s not easy (especially in NY).
But I made, and after that challenge and my exposure to Real estate since I was a child, I decided THIS was for me.
To help others achieve the dream of having a house or generating wealth through this Industry has become a passion since 2015.
After several years of working as a Realtor in New York City and earning my spot in the TOP 20 agents in a company of 1000 Real Estate Agents, I decided to make the move and build a “warmer” life in the Sunshine State of Florida.
I focus on the high-end Real Estate Industry of South Florida, especially in Brickell / Downtown, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach area, and I am part of Ancona Real Estate and work closely with Peter J. Ancona broker/owner, and a top multi-million dollar listing agent with over a decade worth of real estate experience.
Mastery in Online Marketing and Social Media Advertising is another crucial skill that I have developed, which means, that my properties are exposed to massive amounts of people looking to purchase or invest. I am able to use my marketing skills to target the exact customer profile to a specific type of property. Focusing on technology, innovation, and current Real Estate Trends, has helped my clients earn Top Dollar on their Real Estate transactions.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Communication, transparency, and going above and beyond have been attributes that have helped me build my reputation in this business. My clients put a major life goal in my hands, and I honor the opportunity and the trust they have in me. I deal with the entire process of purchase or sale as if it was my own. I am constantly asking for feedback from my clients because they may have different preferences in communication and certain things may be more or less important to them.
Feedback is key to keep improving and perfecting your service.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Adding value to people’s life is my go-to mantra. Regardless if it is or not related to Real Estate, being genuine in helping others goes a very long way. Connecting and contributing is the best way to grow on any business.
Also, when you provide an incredible service, naturally you will receive referrals, in the end, you want your friends and family to be in the best hands, and when you have a good experience you share it, and that is the key.
