We recently connected with Stae Hall and have shared our conversation below.
Stae, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I aspire to leave behind a legacy defined by empathy, hard work, inclusion, and advocacy. I firmly believe in the power of community and collaboration, understanding that we are stronger together. My ultimate goal is to be remembered for my commitment to helping others achieve their fullest potential by emphasizing the significance of self-love and confidence. I envision people describing me as a passionate advocate for empowerment, particularly for women, and someone who inspired others to embrace new beginnings and extend grace and forgiveness, starting with themselves.

Stae, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I established my business out of a genuine concern for the gap I observed in the professional world. While many individuals excel in their fields due to their technical expertise, I noticed a significant deficit in Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence – the interpersonal abilities crucial for success. From effective communication to active listening and team building, these skills often go unaddressed in traditional educational settings. Recognizing the vital role they play in career advancement and business success, I founded iSALT (Institute for Success and Leadership Training). Our mission is to equip individuals with the Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence needed to thrive in today’s competitive landscape. Through our online platform at www.iSALT4U.com, as well as in-person group sessions and personalized coaching, we empower clients to unlock their full potential and achieve excellence in their careers and businesses.

How did you build your audience on social media?
I cultivated my social media audience through consistent engagement and providing valuable content. Leveraging live streaming has been particularly effective in fostering real-time connections and building rapport with my tribe. By offering opportunities for interaction, such as inviting questions and encouraging sharing, I’ve been able to create a sense of community around my brand. Additionally, I tailor my content for different platforms to ensure relevance and resonance with diverse audiences. For those embarking on their social media journey, I recommend starting with one platform and focusing on delivering authentic value. Building trust and relationships should be prioritized over immediate business gains, as people are more likely to engage with those they know and trust. As you establish credibility and demonstrate the value you offer, business opportunities will naturally follow.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Networking and providing assistance to others has proven to be the most impactful strategy for expanding my clientele. Building genuine relationships and fostering connections with others is essential for business success in my view. I prioritize offering help and support to others, leading with the intention of adding value rather than solely seeking opportunities. I firmly believe in the power of authentic relationship-building, and networking serves as the cornerstone for establishing meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
