We were lucky to catch up with Stacey Lynelle recently and have shared our conversation below.
Stacey , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
The Legacy I want to leave behind is how just one person’s life story can affect/effect Change on a global level. I feel it’s important for people to be able to witness someone who didn’t have the best life hand dealt to them but still their journey to turn it around can take on a role that would positively affect the lives of many others.
I hope that people will celebrate my life by living in their truth and hope they will remember me for this as well.

Stacey , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Well, I am a mother of 4, I am a serial entrepreneur, singer, author, Keynote Speaker, philanthropist, spiritual leader with a goal to make a dream of becoming a successful owner of a healing center where survivors of trauma can find holistic ways to heal themselves with a combinations of classes, workshops, and 1;1 therapy, along with herbalism, etc.
I became interested in Holistic Trauma Healing after going through narcissistic abuse in different relationships in my life and as a social worker for over 20 years I’ve experienced a large amount of clients not getting what they truly needed to heal their disease and repetitive toxic relationships choices and it’s healing the trauma associated with it. So, as I’ve learned how to heal myself using the means through my own personal studies, and research, I’ve cultivated a unique program that can explore the hidden trauma the client is holding on to and allow them to face it, in order to release it and move on in their life more authentically, knowing what they are capable of and truly living the life they aspire to live.
We offer services to most ages and all family members of trauma survivors.
We strive to become excellent in all areas where we engage in service, in order to extend to our extended Soul Family.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
The lesson I needed to unlearn was about my self-worth- I grew up in a narcissistic family and was able to unlearn and heal the pattern of having low self worth and low self-esteem, what most people don’t realize is this starts at home and when you are young.
If you do not have people in your life from a young age who tell you and show you love and care for yourself – you are constantly trying to receive approval or validation from outside sources. So, I had to re-parent myself and my brain to realize how talented, intelligent and lovable I am, in order to fulfill my calling in life.
I’ve been through platonic and romantic situations where I didn’t always know my worth, and until I really took a look at how I was giving to situations that really didn’t deserve my attention, I felt that was how life was going to be for me- a never-ending cycle of abusive and bad relationships and bad habits that I couldn’t escape, until I found peace with who I am regardless of what others thought of me.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Over the last 4 years I had to pivot in life after a breast cancer diagnosis and losing my job due to Covid and ending up homeless with my children. I had been a social worker for the past 20 years completing duties for government funded companies and was never satisfied with the outcomes for my clients, most of the jobs were in hospitals, or agencies where I was able to travel and make sure my clients were receiving the services in-home or in their nursing home where they resided.
When Covid hit- I loss my mother to it, my place of residence and my job. After healing from my breast cancer surgery (while homeless with 2 of my 4 children), I stayed in a shelter for families by the name of Sarah’s Hope, while in the shelter as.a social worker, you see all the people who would be your clients, as a client, I was able to see the places where we lack as social service workers to make sure our clients receive the necessary resources to be able to afford housing and maintain basic life sustaining elements. In this particular shelter, I noticed the trauma from the different single mothers, fathers and children who interacted with me and realized this is keeps families and survivors of trauma in a cycle of repetitive homelessness and bad health-it was the unhealed trauma over the years that has been overlooked by service workers, just ready to see the services and resources that we need instead of really taking a look at the trauma which has landed the individual in the same circumstances repeatedly, I know this because I also went through this.
With this God given epiphany, I founded the non-profit – Blossom & Grow, LLC where we encourage everyone to “Grow Through What they Go Through”- we currently host a podcast “Social Seeds” where we speak to individuals about their healing journey and where we also give resources and activities on how to heal thyself through holistic means and therapeutic practices including one on one therapy.
I also founded- The Awakened Empress 33, LLC- which is another one of my businesses, where I have a growing following on Tiktok & YouTube- where I introduce spiritual guidance and energy readings/healing, meditation and breathe-work for a balanced and grounded life.
They seem to be growing at a steady pace and I am hoping in the years to come to build a holistic center where survivors of trauma and their families can come to receive educational classes, therapy and nutritional education on how to balance our mind, bodies and souls in order to live a more balanced life and fulfilled life.
