From Vision to Reality

Absolutely, I would love to. My name is Stacey Heald, I am the Co-Founder and COO of LeHeal Biogenix, headquartered in Tampa, FL. Over the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to the healthcare industry, specifically within the franchise sector. My career is driven by a passion for health and wellness, and a relentless commitment to improving operational strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and developing efficiencies. 

Building a Foundation of Success

My career began with Medi-Weightloss Franchising, where I played a pivotal role from the company’s inception. As Executive Vice President, I was instrumental in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), multi-unit operations, and spearheading insurance-driven initiatives. I built effective teams, fostered a culture of innovation, and ensured that the company’s goals aligned with the needs of its patients. These efforts laid a solid foundation for the company’s success, showcasing my ability to drive executive-level projects and establish robust systems within complex organizations.

Leading with Vision at Pvolve 

In my current role as COO of Pvolve Development, I continue to demonstrate my leadership abilities. Pvolve is a science-led workout program designed to strengthen and tone the body safely and sustainably, with high-profile investors like Jennifer Aniston. My extensive experience in multi-unit operations and national brand expansion has been crucial in shaping Pvolve’s strategic direction and growth.

At Pvolve, my expertise spans business consulting, training, marketing, business development, emerging market growth, and process improvement. My ability to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and implement innovative strategies has positioned Pvolve as a leader in the fitness industry.

A Personal Journey to Innovation

LeHeal Biogenix has a deeply personal origin story. As someone who’s profoundly committed to both physical fitness and the joy of raising two active boys, I’ve truly come to understand the vital importance of living a healthy, dynamic lifestyle. Unfortunately, when a meniscus tear abruptly disrupted my daily routines, it wasn’t just about the pain; it was about the cherished moments with my children that I suddenly couldn’t be a part of. Those activities I once took for granted became precious, reminding me of the true value of mobility and family connection.

Traditional treatments like surgery, steroids, and pain medication were not appealing to me. I sought an alternative that leveraged the body’s natural healing capabilities.

My research into Regenerative Medicine, specifically Stem Cell Therapy, opened my eyes to new avenues of treatment. The concept of using the body’s own cells to repair and regenerate made perfect sense to me. However, finding local providers offering affordable and comprehensive regenerative treatments proved challenging. Many clinics lacked sufficient information, and the quotes I received were prohibitively high.

The Development of LeHeal Biogenix

Fueled by determination, I co-founded LeHeal Biogenix with a mission to provide innovative, effective, and affordable regenerative treatments. By leveraging my extensive network and sourcing directly from FDA-approved tissue banks, I was able to eliminate the middleman and significantly reduce costs. This approach has made cutting-edge medical treatments accessible to those who need them most. 

To validate the model, I became the first patient at my newly founded company. The results were astounding, I was back to running within five weeks and fully immersed in my active lifestyle within six months. Moreover, after years of running, I recently treated both of my SI joints with Stem Cell Therapy and experienced great results. This personal success reinforced my commitment to helping others regain their quality of life.
