We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Stacey Delucien a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Stacey, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. The first dollar your business earns is always special and we’d love to hear how your brand made its first dollar of revenue.

It all started when I decided to launch my body sculpting business except, there was one small issue I had no clients. But I was determined to make this thing work. I knew I needed exposure, and I needed it fast. And that’s when I came up with the idea to run a free service ad!

Now, at the time, I was new to the area But I figured, “Hey, everyone loves free stuff, right? And if I get a few clients out of it, it’ll be a win!” So, I posted in a few groups on Facebook FREE Body Sculpting Session for the first 10 people only!” I thought maybe I would get one or two people but instead, I got 10 people in less than an hour. I was shocked and nervous but also excited by the outcome.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Absolutely! So, for anyone who’s new here, My name is Stacey Delucien and I’m the founder of Esdalu’s Body Sculpting, where we specialize in body sculpting services designed to help you look and feel your absolute best.

Now, how did I get into this? Well, it all started with a personal journey. Like a lot of people, I’ve had my ups and downs when it comes to body image and fitness. After trying countless diets, workout plans, and quick fixes, I stumbled upon body sculpting—specifically non-invasive techniques—and it was like a lightbulb went off. I loved how these methods helped people achieve their dream bodies without the pain, downtime, or invasive surgeries that often come with traditional options. I thought, “This is it. This is how I can help people for real!” So, I dove in head-first, getting trained, certified, and learning everything I could.

Fast-forward to now, I’m proud to offer a variety of body sculpting services, from fat reduction to contouring, and even skin tightening all done with the latest, non-invasive technology. No knives, no needles, just results. My goal is to help you achieve the body you’ve always wanted, whether that’s shedding stubborn fat, tightening loose skin, or simply sculpting a more toned look.

What sets me apart? Honestly, it’s the personal touch. I’m not just a technician; I truly care about my clients’ transformation, both inside and out. I work with each person to create a custom plan that aligns with their unique body goals and lifestyle, ensuring the process is as comfortable and effective as possible. Plus, I offer ongoing support through education, guidance, and encouragement, because I believe in long-term success not quick fixes.

What am I most proud of? Without a doubt, it’s the results. I’m genuinely proud of the confidence and self-esteem boost I’ve seen in my clients. When they look in the mirror and see the change, or when they come in and tell me how much better they feel in their own skin, that’s when I know I’ve made a difference.

What do I want potential clients to know? First, I want them to know that I’m here for them every step of the way. I’m not just here to perform a service and send you on your way I’m here to guide you on a transformative journey. Whether you’re coming in for your first session or your 50th, I’m committed to helping you reach your body goals in a healthy, sustainable way.

Second, I want clients to know that body sculpting isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. Everyone’s body is unique, and I tailor each treatment to fit your needs. It’s all about results that make you feel like the best version of yourself.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

What really built my reputation in body sculpting is a relentless commitment to quality, personalized service, and authenticity. I focused on delivering real lasting results every time and making every client feel seen, heard, and cared for. Word of mouth spread because my clients got the results they loved, and they shared their journeys with their friends and family. I educated my clients, showed them the science, and made sure they understood exactly what to expect. I didn’t just treat them I partnered with them on their transformation. Consistency, transparency, and building real relationships are the cornerstones that helped me earn trust, and that’s what has driven my success. It’s about passion, dedication, and always showing up for my clients in ways that truly matter!

Has your business ever had a near-death moment? Would you mind sharing the story?

I’ve had my share of heart-stopping moments, but one that sticks out was a close call with payroll talk about a near panic attack! Early on, I was doing everything myself—treating clients, handling marketing, and running the back end. One month, an unexpected equipment repair hit me with a big, unplanned bill, and I realized I didn’t have the cash flow to cover everything. On top of that, a few clients hadn’t paid on time, and payroll was just around the corner. I literally had two days to figure it out and was this close to dipping into personal savings to cover it.

I got on the phone and called one if my close friends and she told me why don’t I reached out to a few late-paying clients. So, I did and by some miracle, Two of my clients ended up paying the remaining balance just in time to cover payroll. It was a crazy scramble, but I pulled it off. That moment taught me a major lesson about cash flow management and planning ahead. It was stressful, but it pushed me to work smarter and become way more organized. Looking back, I’m proud of how I handled it,
