Spiritual, appreciate you joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

I would want the wisdom I share with the world to be my legacy. We all experience lifetimes to evolve our soul by learning our lessons. It is my belief that with each incarnation, we are meant to then share our wisdom with the world. This wisdom may take the form of an invention that helps all of mankind, a global movement in the name of peace or even just making an impact by teaching young minds. I call this last wisdom, your legacy.

This would be what people have to say about you as they celebrate your life. This is about the lives you’ve touched and the work you did…basically, your eulogy. What would you hope to hear people say about how you made them feel? How you changed their lives?

I would hope that my eulogy is filled with stories of how I made people laugh with my crazy facial expressions when I was supposed to be in a serious situation…times that I gave you the perfect advice by not sugarcoating it but knowing that it came from a place of sheer love and protection for you…times we laughed over cocktails…times we cried over relationships. I would want my eulogy to be a celebration of relationships, not simply accomplishments…a celebration of how I changed the world, one person at a time, not who I knew.

What wisdom do you have to share in this lifetime? What legacy would you be most proud of leaving? Just take a moment here to feel into this. Close your eyes, relax your shoulders, take a full, deep, breath in…and exhale nice and slow. In your mind’s eye, bring your awareness to your heart space and allow it to gently unfold open…and inside, you will see and feel the wisdom of your soul. Hold that feeling for a few moments so that you can come back to it anytime you need to remember the legacy you were meant to leave. Take one more breath in and exhale it out…and so it is. Slowly open your eyes and bring yourself back.

By doing this, you are actually able to see the areas in your life that you want to work on before it’s too late. And as you experienced a few moments ago, you can tap into your soul’s wisdom to reveal more to you. You’ll be surprised at how accomplished you are regarding the things that really matter to you in your life and if you aren’t as far along as you’d like, you can at least honor the progress you’ve made thus far and know which direction to head in. I pray that as you think about your legacy, you are reminded just how special you are and that your mark on this world (no matter how small) is indeed needed.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I had a fairly unique start to my spiritual journey. I didn’t grow up having supernatural experiences, predicting things or seeing dead people. I spent my younger years like many others: going to school, playing sports and dreaming of becoming a doctor. Well, fast forward, I changed my major in college and decided to go to law school. After spending several years as a lawyer and trial litigator, I began to feel like I needed to take my legal career in a different direction, and became a law school professor, leaving practice in pursuit of more satisfying work.

Little did I understand at the time, but this seemingly innocuous change in career path was also the signaling of a change in my personal and spiritual life. Although raised as a Christian, I began to feel the call to take my faith to a deeper level. Also around that time, I began meeting more “spiritual” people…people who didn’t fit into the paradigm of my Christian background. In looking back, I now know that they were sent to get me started on my true life path and set me on the road to remembering what my soul had known all along.

In the fall of 2014, I attended a service at a local Spiritualist church, and at that moment, I knew that I found something special…I found what I did not know I had been looking for…I found the spiritual soil where I would plant the seeds of my true spiritual growth. For that moment on, I began taking courses and workshops on spiritual development, participated in healing circles, became a certified ThetaHealer, became a certified Reiki Master, became a certified yoga instructor, received training and certification as a Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, and studied overseas yearly at the Arthur Findlay College for the Advancement of Spiritualism & Psychic Sciences in Stansted, England.

In 2017, I was guided to launch my business, Spiritual Blacksmith, a spiritual healing and intuitive life coaching practice. I use my gifts of psychic mediumship, energy work, medical intuition, as well as my professional training as a lawyer to help my clients develop the tools (spiritual, emotional, physical, and professional) that they need to build the life that aligns with their soul’s purpose. I refer to it as helping people “remember why they came.”

When I meet with clients, helping them “remember” simply refers to awakening the wisdom that has always been there, while uncovering the obstacles and lessons that have hindered them thus far. What sets me apart is that I use my healing gifts and various modalities to ensure individualized help for my clients. I love when a client finally feels like they are seen for who they are and from that moment, can step into their fullest potential.

In 2021, I was guided to expand my reach and start a non profit, The Spiritual Blacksmith Institute of Enlightenment. The pandemic revealed just how disconnected people felt from themselves and their purpose. Our vision is to empower you and your innate gifts so you can reveal the best version of yourself and contribute to society for the highest good. We help you transcend emotional, physical, and spiritual disconnectedness and perceived restrictions – and by doing this together, we advance spiritual enlightenment. My non profit works domestically and internationally, holds retreats and does humanitarian work all around the world.

Helping raise the collective consciousness by being a channel for healing is what makes my heart smile and keeps me on my spiritual path every day.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

As I began to explore my healing gifts, I realized that creating healing goods was part of my journey! I began making loose leaf tea blends years ago and charging them with the healing energy that was needed for the client according to Spirit. Before making my tea blends, I was an avid tea drinker so it was a natural segue for me. My clients reported that they understood why I charged the tea with the particular healing energy and that it was exactly what they needed.

This paved the way for making my healing candles and chocolates. For my candles, I use herbs, spices and crystals to enhance the healing energy that I charge each candle with. With my chocolates, I create a special blend of spices and plants to enhance the natural healing energy of cacao. I include a personalized, handwritten reading with all of my tea, candle and chocolate purchases, which my clients love!

All of my products are made to order and I feel that this supports my desire to make each client feel seen, valued and heard.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

The best source of new clients has been my current client base! What I do is so unique that it’s hard at times to fit into a cookie-cutter paradigm for advertising purposes. I find that when my clients have an authentic and soul-based interaction with me, that leads to them share their experience with fellow friends and loved ones…which sets the stage for deep connection with my referrals. For this, I am forever grateful. The best thing you can do for your business is to make sure your current clients feel taken care of. If you can accomplish this, they will bring you more business than you can imagine.
