Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to SoulArty GTH. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
SoulArty, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
So I only have one full project out, SoulArty SZN. It takes you on a bit of a journey through my emotional spectrum and showcases some great artists alongside myself. Being my first solo project I felt like it was important to let the audience into my life.
SoulArty, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’ve been rapping for years but it wasn’t until the last few that I began to really take it seriously and push for it. On stage I’m known for my energy and presence, and I’ve always given my all whether it’s a small crowd or not. The biggest thing that sets me apart though is the vibes, love and mutual support I’ve built in my circle. The artists and producers around me aren’t just collaborators they’re family
How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
The best way to support an artist is interacting with them on social media. Likes, shares, shoutouts, all of that. Bring attention to that artist. Your personal network includes people outside of their own!
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The interaction I get from people. Someone vibin to my music when I’m performing, sharing energy back and forth with a crowd is the best high an artist can get. In that moment we’re all on the same wavelength, and they understand the meaning behind the song way more than just listening could show them
