We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sose The Ghost a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Sose , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I was in an Outlaw Motorcycle Club for a couple of years. I was at a stop light on my bike waiting for the light to turn. A truck came and took me out. I had to have 2 surgeries so I couldn’t ride. I started to talk about my life on youtube and it just took off.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Since i was coming from a world many wonder about. It was like i unlocked the key to another world. I started to show myself in videos with other 1%er motorcycle clubs and now i sit down and interview many clubs
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I had a time when I started to grow really fast and surpass all the others in my niche. They began to team up and do hit pieces on me. I mean roundtable Zoom calls with 6 people all making up false information about me. These are all people that I never met before. Then the biggest hitpiece video of them all came and a club I’m close with sent me information that this was an admitted police officer trying to sell a book. I winded up reaching out to one of my biggest antagonizers and got him to say all this had gone too far. They all started to apologize. Do you know I got my biggest interview at the time because of the hate? Jason Momoa yes Aquaman granted me an interview because he liked the show and saw them talking bad about me. You never know who watching.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
I had one camera and I literally turned that camera into a six-figure business in 3 years and by next year 7 figures
