Sophia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later

I think I started my business at the right time. Everything happens when it is suppose to. I had lessons to learn before I could pursue certain aspects of the business. I learn something new about my business and how I can make it better for me and my clients daily. The experience is very rewarding.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Hello my name is Sophia known as SoSo to many. I have been married for over 25 years, two adult children and 3 grandchildren. Graduated with a BA & MA in Business. I worked in corporate America for many years. Later I worked in Special Education, then private schools, and homeschool programs in my community.

I later became a cake designer and event planner planner. My love for art has been always been apart of my life. It is incorporated in everything I do.

Crystal Wasted by SoSo was born… we were online only. Now we have a intimate storefront. It feels good to manifest the things I desire.

I became a crystal accessory designer/artist during the Pandemic. This came out of my Spiritual Journey. It has been rewarding to learn how to make my own natural body products, custom crystal jewerly, home or office decor. I also teach art classes, body product classes, candle making classes. This allows my clients to have fun while learning. Our class can be booked through Airbnb Experience.

I now offer healing sessions for clients dealing with Self Love, Trauma, Prosperity and Grief. I inspire them to heal by setting an example and sharing my testimonies. We use the technique of Manifestation Journaling, Crystal’s and etc. Each client has different needs so a questionnaire is provided to insure the right healing process. These sessions give me joy because I get hear about the results and how they have progressed. This allows me to see what changes can be made to help future clients as well.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I have so many lessons but one I always share is that everyone can learn something from your business at one point or another. It can be a small message you post, a product or service. This is definitely true when you offer many services and products as I do.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Social Media can be a great place to gain clients. You must have thick skin to deal with the negative and positive.

Doing testimonial videos to share client experiences or products always helps the clients. This allows them to trust your product or services.

You can do videos in advance and schedule them to go out for certain dates and times. I am more of a post at the moment type of person.
