We recently connected with Sondria Robinson and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Sondria thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
At an early age, I was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship. Over the years, I developed countless projects and businesses, but I could never seem to find solid ground. It wasn’t until I became a mother that I realized a deep truth about myself: my own brokenness was holding me back. I was afraid of success, and without even realizing it, I was sabotaging my own potential.
The birth of my second child forced me to take a hard look inward. I assessed my faults and began to understand that I needed to heal in order to commit to my success fully. This personal journey of self-awareness is what shaped the mission behind my business today.
I’m dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs become whole before they face the inevitable challenges of building a business. I developed the MFL Method, a process that helps my clients assess their mental health, finances, and lifestyle. By aligning these key aspects with their entrepreneurial goals, I help them discover the best path forward, unique to their current circumstances.
My mission is to redefine how we, as seasoned CEOs and executives, mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs. By adopting a holistic approach, we can build businesses that are not only profitable but also sustainable and grounded in personal well-being.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Coming out of a fear of success has been a transformative journey, one I’m still navigating but have found peace in facing head-on, even while doing business with some uncertainty. I own a marketing firm specializing in SaaS (Software as a Service). We acquire software that we both utilize internally and outsource to other businesses, providing them with innovative solutions. In simple terms, I am proud to say that I’m a woman in tech! My interest has also expanded into development and coding, with the goal of curating an application from scratch in the near future.
My firm is a full-service marketing agency offering a wide range of services, including social media management and business consulting. What sets us apart is our unique focus on helping high-level aspiring entrepreneurs achieve holistic success. I guide my clients through healing and self-awareness, which I believe is essential before and throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is my own personal healing. By confronting my fears, I was able to achieve not just professional success, but the inner peace that comes with being whole. My brand, Bag Seazun Official, stands on principles of integrity and honesty, with a commitment to simply doing good business. Ultimately, my mission is to empower others to achieve success from a place of wholeness, offering them the tools and guidance they need to thrive in business and beyond.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One of the most important lessons I had to unlearn as an entrepreneur is that simply working hard is not enough—everything must have its place, and organization is key. This realization brought me back to childhood lessons about responsibility and putting things away after use. In business, it’s much the same. Without clear processes and procedures aligned with your goals, values, and objectives, growth becomes difficult to achieve.
I learned this the hard way after repeatedly missing deadlines and disappointing the community of supporters eager to buy my products and services. On several occasions, I would release advertising without having the product ready to deliver, which ultimately damaged trust and left a negative impression. After facing these challenges, I knew I needed to restructure my approach. Organization and alignment became central to my operations, and only then did I begin to see true progress and regain the trust of my audience.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
The best advice I can give to any entrepreneur starting to build their social media presence is to begin with a clear understanding of your end goal. Knowing what you want to achieve will shape your strategy and give direction to your content. Authenticity is also key, show your audience who you really are, but ensure that who you are aligns with your niche.
Consistency is crucial. Be consistent not just in how often you post, but in your approach, tone, and focus. This helps to build trust and recognition. Equally important is valuing your audience, engage with them regularly, respond to comments, and show that you genuinely care about their input. Offering incentives or exclusive content can help keep your audience engaged and build a loyal following. Social media is about building relationships, so make sure you’re creating a connection, not just promoting a product or service.
