We were lucky to catch up with SNVP3 recently and have shared our conversation below.

SNVP3 , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.

My most meaningful project is Poetic Pain that is available on all music platforms. I feel that this is the project that I’ve been preparing for since I started recording music. As far as learning ways to use my emotions in my music, learning how to use my voice better, and knowing the business better.
The first record I wrote for this project was Heavyweight, I wrote this song after losing 2 of my grandparents within 24 hours. The feedback I received from this track made me realize that Poetic Pain is real. Also at the time I was dealing with losing my job a week before have my son. Also, having my car not start for about 5 months. So I used these soundtracks to get everything off my chest, and soon after I seen a 360 change in my life. This project is truly motivation for anybody felt the any pain that I have went through.

I’ve also learned to use the variations in my voice more effectively. Being able to bring my tones to a better harmony. Since a kid, I’ve been able to sing melodies from popular RNB songs, so I knew I had a voice. I knew since I started recording music one day I would achieve this. Honestly, I’m still looking to release a full on RNB song of my own.

Lastly, this is the most well put together project I have made. From understanding the target of this project to having all my paperwork behind the music. About 2 years ago, I met music mogul Tone C from Mayor Management. From our first conversation, he told me everything I needed to get in order as a professional artist. Now I’m confident with this release because I know I have backed my work legally.

From the first records I wrote I’ve always strived to leave a message in my music. My music is motivation and relatable to a wide range of people. There’s nothing better than hearing how much my music can resonate and help other get through their struggles.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

SNVP3 is a creative, works as a visual and recording artist. SNVP3 is known for his amazing music and his unique clothing collection. He also is experienced with photography/video, graphic design, fashion/merch. SNVP3 is a voice for the people, who have been through the adversity to elevate. SNVP3 is motivation for people to be true to self, because if you’re not loved for being you then you are in the wrong place. There is no reason to be anywhere you are not accepted or loved.
Any product from SNVP3 or SNVP3 Designs will continue to reflect this message from the music to the clothing.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My goal is to continue to make music that can bring people together. Music that appeals to people trauma, and motivates you to fight through the pain.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

A year ago, I read A Perfect Day to Boss Up Rick Ross. This is a book resonated with many of the beliefs I began to form as a creative. It started to feel like I was reading my thoughts to myself. With seeing the success of Ross, I use this knowledge to drive me throughout 2022.
