Sippi , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
Every year for the past 3 or 4 years, I throw a big Artist Appreciation Day just to show my appreciation to all the artists that have performed at my showcases. It’s to show them that I would not be who I am today without them, and that appreciate their support that helps keep my business going and that if we keep grinding together and believing in each other we are bound to make it to the top real soon.



Sippi , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Sippi Boi Entertainment is a promotional company. We also do an independent artist showcase titled “The Indie Artist TakeOva” This is a showcase that I take to different states to allow different artist a chance to come perform in a state that they have never been to. This is down so that Artist can build their fanbase in a different state and it get them out of their comfort zone of only performing in front of people they know.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Social media has played a major part in the success of Sippi Boi Entertainment, I use it to reach out to past, present, and future artist to come perform at the showcase. There are so many social media outlets that can be used to gain a following, just get on them and post post post lol. If you do not promote your business then how do you expect for it to grow. If I know I have an event coming up I start posting about it way before the event flyer is done and once I receive the flyer I am posting at least 4 or 5 times a day maybe more. Use social media tools to your advantage you can reach so many more people especially with Facebook ads or Instagram reels these are 2 great tools to use.



How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Most of the artist that have performed at my showcases I have there numbers so whenever I have an event going on I hit them up first and let them know the details of the events. I also comment on their social media whenever the post and I also repost any new content they have to help bring new traffic to their page
