Alright, Sina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. So, we’d appreciate if you could open up about your growth story and the nitty, gritty details that went into scaling up.

It starts with Mindset, knowing that procrastination is the greatest “dream killer”. We strike with the highest sense of urgency. Having vast experience in businesses through various industries, I’ve invested most of my career solving complex problems and reducing underperforming yields with in companies. Using “business science”, our systems and platform provide a blue print with specific action items that output exponential results for our agents and leadership partners. I have dealt with virtually every type of business scenario and issue.  Our team has studied and solved, almost every type of business question, challenge and opportunity. We are hyper focused and intentional on driving the activities and behavior that achieve compounding, exponential outcomes.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Though I started my career in financial services 2 decades ago, our current platform is less than a couple years new and well recognized as an industry disruptor.

We provide a comprehensive, semi-automated prospecting system that includes the infrastructure, tech, marketing, AI, training and compliance to support professionals wanting to break into the emerging opportunity of owning and scaling their own digital insurance agency.

We’ve founded a new model that in a brief window has become the example and leader within the digital insurance space. It’s the first and only “plug and play” model that once hit critical mass, is proven to become self sustainable with very with little overhead or start up costs.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Go all in! The challenge with most, is getting started and being consistent in growing your online presence.

Social Media for our team members and sales leaders is more a necessity for survival and a tool for growth than it is a choice We have also learned and teach our agents how to generate an abundant number of prospects from various SM platforms.  To continue growing our message to a larger audience and creating a more broad reach, we focus on video production, content creation and strategic engagement. We have weekly trainings on social media strategy and deployment tactics to increase our agents brand and recognition.

Any advice for managing a team?

Study and learn key leadership principles. Identify and experience “pain points” of the people you lead and operate with their interests in mind. The greatest leaders will succeed through best serving their teams.

Learn how to build from the bottom up vs the top down. Yesterday’s leadership models are poised for incremental growth, whereas we live in a current era that gives everyone the opportunity to grow exponentially in business.

Leading by showing will earn you more respect as well create a higher performing culture among the Team vs managing by telling.

The greatest leaders will identify and focus on how to grow their own compensation through increasing the compensation of their team members and those they lead.

Your Team members must be making good money, at minimum, be positioned to do so for morale to remain high.
