Simone , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
To be successful you have to be ready for the term “sacrifice” With success comes sacrificing an a whole lot of it. Wanting to pursue your dream or a vision that you have written down, talked about, or even manifested you will to have to be ready to open your mind to new ideas. You want to make sure that your not the only smart person or entrepreneur in your circle of friends. You need to be willing to listen to others as well as make sure you listen to yourself an follow your heart. It takes discipline to know how to spend the revenue coming in to grow your business bigger an to connect with all the right people.. You should never get to comfortable to thinking you done enough, push yourself to the extreme. Step outside the box!

My name is Simone Di Bella the founder and owner of The Bellanude Collection” founded in 2017. The name Bella came from “beautiful” and then nude came from naked. To summarize the name I wanted every woman to feel beautiful in her own skin with no insecurities. I create custom couture gowns for prom wedding or red carpet affair. I am a self taught designer form Dallas Texas. Every gown or custom piece I create is specially designed and created to fit ones unique physique. Giving a little sexy an very much confidence when wearing “The Bellanude Collection” I am proud that we have officially became worldwide with our custom looks. My hustle sets me apart from other designer’s because this is my passion.
Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
Designing has always been a passion for me but I was a full time mom an student in college. After becoming overwhelmed with so much I began to take designing serious. I began to create my business platform on social media via Instagram, Snapchat , Twitter, website, & etc. I used different marketing strategies until I found one that best fitted my brand. There were many nights with little sleep because I would design all day an write my plans all night . After having years of great customer service an creating beautiful gowns for each client I begin to rapidly reach the top. There came many hiccups with learning to run a business. I would create premade gowns just to show my work. I took months before someone would notice when I first begin. After being voted in 2019 on a large prom platform on Instagram for being one of the best designers in the U.S. I begin to book across the world. Now I am booking over 5 states during prom yearly. Our custom premade gowns are being shipped to our clients all over the us. The journey was not easy but I definitely create the life I want with being a designer.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
A great way to grow your clientele is to stay relevant! Meaning post 2-3 times a day. Upload new content to keep your audience attention.
