We were lucky to catch up with Simeon Oluremi Iii recently and have shared our conversation below.
Simeon , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
When creating Crew Love I deeply wanted a unity where everyone feels valued and heard.
Crew Love is more than just clothing; it’s about creating a movement where everyone feels they belong. I wanted to build a platform that encourages unity and celebrates diversity.
Crew Love features a wide range of designs that resonate with individuals from all walks of life, promoting messages of love and togetherness. Through community events and collaborations, Crew Love aims to strengthen bonds and inspire positive interactions among its customers.
As I continue to develop the brand, the goal remains clear: to create a sense of belonging and connection, one piece of clothing at a time.

Simeon , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Crew Love is about more than just fashion; it’s a platform for community engagement. Our events serve as a space where fans and celebrities can connect, share experiences, and promote meaningful dialogue.”
These high-profile events showcase a diverse range of talent, from musicians to influencers, creating unforgettable experiences that highlight the brand’s commitment to unity. Participants not only enjoy entertainment but also engage in discussions about social issues, personal growth, and community development.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
In business, your “face card”—essentially your reputation and personal brand—plays a crucial role in your success. It encompasses how you present yourself, the relationships you build, and the trust you establish with clients and partners. A strong face card can open doors and attract amazing opportunities. In this present day society, people are more likely to engage with someone who embodies professionalism, authenticity, and reliability. In a competitive landscape, maintaining a positive and recognizable presence can significantly influence your ability to network, negotiate deals, and cultivate long-term partnerships.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
I quickly learned that strangers often become your biggest supporters, a realization that transformed my approach to building my brand. Initially, I expected my closest friends and family to be my primary advocates, but I found that many of them were hesitant to fully embrace my vision. In contrast, strangers—those who discovered my work through social media, events, or word of mouth—often showed immense enthusiasm and encouragement. Their unbiased perspective and genuine interest not only provided valuable feedback but also helped spread the word, proving that sometimes the strongest support comes from outside your immediate circle. This experience has taught me the importance of reaching out and connecting with new audiences, as they can become vital allies on the journey to success.
