Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Silvia Imperatrice. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Silvia , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?

Success isn’t something that can be achieved over night, it takes patience and determination. One has to go through hardships and failures before reaping the rewards.
People will try to instill doubts in ourselves but we always have to keep in mind what the end goal is.
I say this from first-hand experience as I have received many negative comments that have helped me develop a
thick-skinned personality. Thanks to a brilliant support network and my wilfulness, I have managed to land right where I wanted to be all along.

Silvia , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’ve loved movies since I was a little girl. Growing up, I’ve always had the curiosity of hearing the real voices of actors, since in Italy films are dubbed, and I’ve always wondered what goes on behind the camera. In 2017, I decided to move to Los Angeles and learn from the best. I enrolled in the prestigious UCLA in order to pursue a career as a producer. I went on to produce six other short movies that have enriched me so much, both personally and professionally.
Back in Rome, I was lucky enough to join a renown company which values their employees and colleagues that support you. We’re developing several exciting projects that I’m sure will have an large impact on our community.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My biggest mission is to be able through my projects to raise people’s awareness on some of the problems that are oftentimes neglected by society. I’m creating and investing in projects that have a big social impact first for me and then for others. Problems like deafness or blindness. If I can just shed some light on those issues, I would consider myself successful.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

Being part of the entertainment business is an incredible opportunity to positively shape people’s mind and motivate them to be their best version. Through my projects, I’d like to inspire future generations to follow their dreams.
