Silvia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Success is a subjective term that can vary in definition for many people. However, for me to be successful I feel it takes faith coupled with wisdom. It also takes being set apart to master and fulfill your individual purpose.

Silvia, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Silvia Carol Grant, I am a Life Coach, Counselor, and Heart Specialist with an unshakable faith and optimistic view, dedicated to helping others become the person they were designed to be. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious, as well as genuinely concerned about human potential and the matters of the heart. I wanted to get to the root of the heart issues that continue to allow others to be stagnant in life. Additionally, I also wanted to know what exactly makes people live in their purpose while being genuinely happy, successful, and creatively fulfilled. On the other hand, I wanted to know why some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances.

Furthermore, I am also passionate about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things such as : spirituality, strategic planning, psychology, career development, relationships, creativity, and philanthropy to name a few. After completing my very own self-work of healing matters of my heart, and a lot of angst trying to choose just one thing to be in life, I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength; not a liability. Realizing this, I finally gave in while slowly building a coaching business from the ground up. Later, I coined the term “Multi- passionate Strategist” because I didn’t (and never will) fit into a conventional box.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

What helped me build my reputation within the market is my credibility that breeds trust, Also, the quality of care I provide, the engagement, reliability, and my overall consistency to act with integrity and positive intent.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

The advice I have for managing a team and maintaining high morale is clearly communicating my expectations, promoting life balance, investing in trust building, going beyond my door is always open and caring for their hearts.
