How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
One significant pivot in my life occurred during 2020 when the world came to a standstill. The uncertainty in the fashion and TV industries forced me to rethink my path and lean into the creative passions I had long admired but never fully explored. I realized I had a deep love for fragrances and the art of candle-making—a passion that had always quietly resonated with me. With travel restrictions gradually lifting, I began experimenting with scents and designs inspired by the diverse cultures I encountered. This exploration led to the birth of Wax On Vine, my candle and fragrance line that unites memories and global inspirations through artisanal craftsmanship. While I continue to model, this pivot taught me that sometimes, adversity is the catalyst for reinvention and the creation of something truly meaningful.

One story that stands out for me took place during the challenging year of 2020. As the world came to a near halt and the industries I’d always been part of—fashion and TV—suddenly slowed down, I found myself facing an unexpected void. This period wasn’t just about survival—it was about reinvention. I channeled my energy, creativity, and determination into creating Wax On Vine. Every step of that journey affirmed my belief that resilience isn’t just about bouncing back; it’s about evolving into the person you’re meant to be when circumstances force you to change.
