Sierrah, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
As a young person in the business field for over two years I really pride myself on bringing a fresh perspective to the industry. A lot of times, real estate can be seen as a bit traditional or old-fashioned, but I’m all about shaking things up. I like to use social media as my leverage. Instagram, TikTok, you name it—I’m there. I find it super effective for connecting with younger buyers and sellers.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am Sierrah, I work with a powerful team of women, “The Envision Group.” I have been a licensed agent for a little over two years and I’ve been apart of a team since July of 2023. My main focus is helping others buy/sell real estate as well education myself on homes! I find a lot of joy and interest in historical homes mostly, something about an old 1860 gothic revival home just SPEAKS to me. Aside from real estate I enjoy I enjoy doing my own home projects with my fiancé and learning new ways to help my DIY clients.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source of new clients I find comes from just everyday interactions with my community, the grocery store, bank and local coffee shops. Being an extravert really helps with this!
We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
Recently I joined a team with two very independent inspiring women. I met my team lead (Lauren) several years ago through my mom actually, and we kind of just hit it off! I saw her as very driven, something that I was lacking at the time. Later down the road Lauren introduced me to Jennie, another ambitious woman looking to take on the world, and the three of us together became unstoppable! Just 5 months into “The Envision Group” and we are #2 top team in our brokerage!!
