We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sierra Si a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Sierra, appreciate you joining us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
The name Infinite Essentials comes from knowing God is forever and he is needed in ever part of our life’s. Infinite is endless and limitless, God is beyond what we could ever imagine.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I truly enjoy motivating people. Even if it is for me to share my life story or journey. I am a true believer in God. I had an experience in my life that help me truly grow my relationship with him. I am a CHF survivor better known as cardiomyopathy.
I had an experience in my home that would have changed my life forever. And having that experience created the business infinite essentials a few years later.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to learn that we are not limited. At times we get comfortable with the things that we see around us and thinking that is reality for everyone. But if we just take time to look outside of what is normal to us, we will begin to see that there is far more beyond what we could imagine that is out there in life.
I’ve also learned that we can not save the world only God can.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
I’ve gotten some sales online, but I get most of my sales from word of Mouth or once people hear my story of how I survive congestive heart failure from being 20% functional to 45% which is normal heart function. Just by take just the few days in my home with God changed my life forever.
