Hi Sierra , thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about the things you feel your parents did right and how those things have impacted your career and life.
The things my parents did Right is, keep us in church. Teaching us about God and about praying. Also, raising us up the way that we should go. The way that has impact my life is knowing how to deal with life. Keeping God as the head of my life, reading the word, and praying about everything. I am so proud of the woman I am today. The journey is amazing and having family, friends that loves and cares.

Everyone has a story: guess what my story is? I used to be homeless. As a result of starting the business assisting 1st time home buyers stepping into their 1st new built home! I am Sierra Fields CEO Right Time Realty, myself and my family became homeless with rebuilding everything back up like credit, finance, and a home to call our own!
We are here for you serving you with love and walking individuals or family’s through the process step by step of home ownership.
We will make sure to do twice a year workshop of mastering home ownership and more.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best advice I have for that is build a relationship with your client and not just make them feel like it’s a transaction. Nurture that client relationship as well. Making sure they are involved and letting your clients know we do this together as a team. Clients love when they are involved, and you make sure it’s about them.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What helped me build my reputation is being professional and kind. Also, going the extra mile. Being consistent and trustworthy.
