Hi Shubham, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
To be honest,I can across an article in which they have written about the countries in where healthcare is expensive.I was curious about and I started reading about.The same day I saw post/reel of a lady ,where she was explaining about the cost of her treatment in USA.When I saw the cost ,I was surprised.Then I called my relative who is a doctor, asked him about the treatment cost in India.He told me it would cost this this much ,it was way cheaper than what it would cost in USA.I saw the business opportunity and then started researching about it .I found out that more than 2million people came to India of medical treatment.That’s when I decided that I would do something in this sector.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
To my potential clients,I would like to convey a message that our brand SafeMedicalTravel(SFM) is platform where we provide high quality treatment and affordable treatment to the people of USA.Medical tourism could be an option to change their lives,sometimes families goes in debt because of the treatment cost.I don’t want that to happen to you ,you folks can contact us or email us.We are there for you.Its not that we are making people to come to us, we believe in freedom of choice.The freedom to choose your treatment is the right of the people,we don’t take the right from them.
If a person contact us ,then we make appointment with our experienced doctors through online conference/email .Both of them would be have discussion about the treatment and what are the options.After the conference,if the patient is interested then we gave them a quotation for the treatment and this much would be the cost for the treatment.After that it’s decision of the patients,where the to come to us or not.Its completely their choice.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson for me was that “If you have a great product that doesn’t mean everyone would want it”.You have to sell your product and that’s a difficult task.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I believe that resilience comes from belief that you have on yourself and on your idea.I personally felt that my idea could be able to help many people and could give them a new life.It filled me with sense of positiveness, which was enough for me to continue on my path.
