Sholeh(Tahereh), thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Never give up! no matter how hard you have to work despite any disappointment from anyone around you!keep on going and shine your way !
I started with little and keeps growing and challenging myself to create and design new items for my business!
Mostly I listen to my clients and do my best to make them happy and satisfied with my work!
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I was born and raised in Shiraz-Iran, my grandma and my mom were the two most influential ladies in my life!
As mom learned from my grandma how to sew, knit and create art and craft from almost nothing to beautiful pieces of art , I learned from my mom all those wonderful skills since I was 6-7!
I started making items for Sofreh Aghd (Persian Wedding ceremony spared) when I was teenager and selling them to the bridal shop!
I started my own small business serving family and friends only when I was in my 20s!
I moved to United States when I was 28 , and passionately followed my dream , still designing and creating beautiful pieces for friends wedding!
After 15 years I stop working as librarians for Miami Dade public school and start my own business professionally and inter to the world on wedding !
I was always been people person and loved to interact with others that help me grow my business and make so many good friends along the journey!
One thing I always keep in mind that the customer is always right, and they hired me to design their ideas and make the dream come true for them!
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Smile on my face and listen to clients, mostly work hard and challenge myself to the highest level!
Keep the good relationship with other business involved with my work and try to build friendly relationships with my clients!
I have made so many wonderful friends throughout work journey!
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Word of mouth, social media, friends and family and keeping the client happy and satisfied with my work to be sure they will put in good words for me !
