Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sherri Lu. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sherri, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.
Working on custom pieces are always exciting which gives me deep satisfaction

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
In the 1960s, Rock Music and Fashion established their deeply incestuous relationship with each other. Riot Stitch fuses Bold Chic Fashion Design with Killer Stand-Out Stagewear and Rockwear for Rock ‘n Roll Lovers and Live Performance Artists around the world. Riot Stitch designs are unisex fit, Sparing no expense, all handmade garments designed by Sherri Lu are shipped from her studio in Los Angeles California, U.S.A
Riot Stitch differs greatly from other clothing brands in many ways. The most noticeable difference is the fit, in that most clothes seen online look great on the advertisement or website, but in real life, customers are less than satisfied with a generic, cheap-fitting piece of cloth that is less than flattering on their body. Riot Stitch, on the other hand, uses Sherri’s unique eyes to spot the avant garde garments, refreshing with rock n roll twist patterns, daring colors, couture rock stage pieces embracing the iconic essence of classic rock ‘n roll and glam metal from the 70s and 80s. Sherri keeps customers coming back for more, by creating a brand that is trustworthy, consistent, and totally unique.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The ability to express rock n roll spirit and ideas in a riot way. Creating something that resonates with others can be incredibly fulfilling, the process of creation itself can be deeply satisfying, Seeing my pieces on stage and the engergy from the artist and the crowd is very profound and motivating.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I started to posting me wearing my own designs on both facebook and IG. started slow and picked up really fast, IG grew faster however FB brought in most of my business.
