We recently connected with Shereka Nicole and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Shereka , thanks for joining us today. Parents can play a significant role in affecting how our lives and careers turn out – and so we think it’s important to look back and have conversations about what our parents did that affected us positive (or negatively) so that we can learn from the billions of experiences in each generation. What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.
My mother Shirley (RIP) was a giver, she showed love, appreciation, and kindness to everyone she met.
She taught me the true meaning of giving back to the community by leading as an example. I would attend meetings with her as a child; and I saw first hand the amount of time & finances that she poured out into the community.
My mother’s leadership, love, support, and value for the community helped me fall in love with the community, and it also played a huge role in starting my organization, “Premier Moms.”

Shereka , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am the CEO and founder of Premier Moms. I started the organization based on the needs of other moms in my area, and my own personal experiences as a married and single mom raising two kids in elementary school. In order to really understand other moms – I conducted more than a years’ worth of research before launching the organization.
Premier Moms is an Online community that supports moms by providing training, mentoring/coaching, and networking opportunities.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, Master of Education, and i’m in pursuit of my doctoral degree.
I am a great interactive speaker, author, trainer, and community advocate with 20 years of experience working with children and families. I take pride in helping others, and empowering moms to put themselves first.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We strive daily to connect with moms Online and locally (in-person) in our area by collaborating with others, and being present in the community.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source has been friends of moms. We encourage all of our moms to show support for other moms as much as possible, and to refer each other as needed.
