We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Shenelle Cooper a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Shenelle, thanks for joining us today. Do you have a hero? What have you learned from them?
My hero is my grandmother. She was a educator for 31 years while raising 3 children alone. She never gave up and she worked hard till she retired. She was loved by so many that I call her school family till this day I only hear great memories about her. She was my cheerleader there was no accomplishment that I had was too small for her to celebrate. One tough thing is she has been deceased the whole time I have been a real estate agent so I have depended on the support of myself some time I may drop a tear knowing how much I need her this business is tough. She influenced me to never give up do what you have to do for your family. I am a single one of three . It’s not for the week, but I can do anything I put the work into. Real estate is my dream so I’m gonna mail it no matter what. I don’t give up I have learned nothing good comes when you don’t go thru the struggle.
Shenelle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Well I am a real estate. I do buying and selling transactions going to also start with investors soon as it’s my time. Real estate was a life long dream just when remote classes became a thing I ran for it and was yes it’s my time. I love what I do this market is tough but I just switching my game plan I learning new ways to sustain this market as a agent.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
My clients end up being referrals from friends and past clients. I answer my phone and I work for my client. I also believe in learning from senior staff and continuing education so I can be the best for my clients.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
Well I’m always texting and calling my former, current, and prospects. I wanna know how you doing and how I can help. It builds our relationship and then we trust the process
