Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sheneil Tillis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Sheneil, thanks for joining us today. How do you feel about asking friends and family to support your business? What’s appropriate, what’s not? Where do you draw the line?

My family & close friends are a tremendous support to our business and we are so grateful. However we would never hound anyone to purchase anything from us or to share my posts as it is just tacky .Our awesome work & products speak for themselves.

Sheneil, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’ve worked in the Design industry all my life behind the scenes mostly unpaid and I loved it . We’ve now been operating paid designs for over 2 years and we’re celebrating by adding a new service. We already provide – Luxury picnics, full event design, micro weddings, parties , balloons and more and now we’ve added Luxury Slumber Parties and Spa parties as well! It’s going great so far.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

I met my silent partner and Husband online . Although we were already friends on multiple social media apps we met formally on a dating site . We both thought we were being catfished an agreed to meet up right away. Turns out we were both real and not catfishing and we’ve been inseparable every since . Shortly afterwards we welcomed a beautiful baby girl who is very real as well and we got married . Thanks again for all that you do Husband and for all the support.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Year 2021 we had to pivot business , careers and just plain ole life and it was a lot all at once. I was working full time .We’d just been in business not even a full year , I had to have an unwanted surgery, we got a house built and moved in our home, our son graduated from high school and we also got married!! Talk about a fun but extremely busy and expensive year yikes ! It was a lot at all once but with God we made it through.
