Shay , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
Taking a risk is the best thing I ever did in life. While scary, and unstable at times, it is truly the best way we can invest in ourselves.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I found my passion for building when I started working with a luxury home developer a couple of years back. I started to spend all of my spare time learning the business and what I needed to do in order to succeed. I would stay up all night researching products, ideas, how-to videos. You could say I was obsessed. Finally one day I decided I would get my contractor’s license and shortly after that, Ella Lee Homes was born.
I am so proud of Ella Lee Homes, and the business it has become!

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Our clients all become family to us! After months of talking, you form a special bond. I also believe that if you give your clients what they deserve, they will forever remember your brand. Keeping in touch with clients can be as simple as sending a “hey I’m thinking about you” text.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
English is not my first language. So when I decided to get my contractor’s license, that proved to be a challenge of it’s own. However, I persevered and pushed through!
