We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sharon Burstein a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sharon, thanks for joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Being success in your career and life, begins with you! Until you you believe in yourself others will nether believe or trust you, regardless of your title r background. Believing in the person you are, who you are and what you stand for is step one and then being confident in you and your abilities. These are both crucial in building personal and success. Building trust of your self and others is another step, along with authenticity. These form the beginnings.

Having goals in life is great and a plan of action, however investing in YOU and yourself first is an investment that pay lifelong dividends.

Taking action is another step in building success. Even with great education success is about taking action and taking responsibility.

Sharon, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Having been in business for 30 years owning many diverse businesses including media companies, special events, 5 patents, manufacturing, being c-suite, publishing, media development and production and education has given me the life tools to speak globally to about every industry on leadership image, growth, success and building effective teams.

Over the past 10 years, I have been speaking around the globe, writing books, articles, podcasts, signature events and now publishing a magazine. These are all within my brand – Creating Excellence with Lasting Impressions.

My brand is all about changing lives and building futures!

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Building other peoples success and helping them find their true purpose and passion

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

You can always cut your learning curve by connecting with and developing relationships with people who are tops in the field that you are working towards. Having mentors and being a mentor are great success keys in life.
