Sharelle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?

A customer of mine was diagnosed with Covid and she was telling me she was experiencing a lot of congestion in her chest. She advised me that she tried using a store bought product but it didn’t seem to help. I told her that one of the benefits of one of the products I offer called ” Sea Moss Gel” is that it’s known to remove mucus from the body. She ended up getting a large jar of sea moss gel and started consuming it right away. While taking my product she told me that so much mucus came out of her body and she ended up feeling better than she did before she got sick. It’s success stories like this that help me to continue pushing the vision that God has given me. He’s so good.

Sharelle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m known as “The Health Plug” and I’m the owner of Sharelles Naturals LLC. I launched my business in 2020 and I’ve been doing it ever since by the grace of God. I offer natural products to customers including Homemade Elderberry Syrup, Sea Moss gel, and Whipped Body Butter. I actually never thought I would be the owner of a business. Before launching my business in 2020, I was on a health journey and had recently joined a fitness class. My fitness instructor suggested that his fitness class start taking a product called “Sea moss gel”. Now I’m not one normally to try something new but after a few weeks I decided to give it a try. When I made my first batch I ended up sharing a picture of it to my facebook story. I never expected the outpour of requests to purchase sea moss gel from me. My first thought was ” hold up, I’m not selling this I’m just sharing it”. Then I thought ” well what if this is God doing this”. God totally shocked me with this one yall. Due to the amount of requests coming in to purchase my product I ended up launching my business June 2020. A few months after my initial launch I ended up adding Homemade Elderberry Syrup and All natural body butter. My mission is to offer people all-natural products without all the added extras. My goal is to also see people live healthy lives.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Prior to launching Sharelles Naturals I launched a Customer service business called SharelleFosterSpeaks. My goal was to train people on how to deliver top-notch customer service. I initially ended up getting a few clients but the business didn’t go as expected. I ended up letting the customer service business go. I can’t lie, I was pretty bummed out about it. What do you do when you think you heard God but it ends up plumenting? I continued to trust God even after the hurt. Even though I let the customer service business go I ended up using SharelleFosterSpeaks as an encouragement platform. Now I offer motivation and encouragement on Instagram,Facebook, and for the church as well. God is so good. He can use failure as a catalyst to push you into what he intended. It was after that experience that I ended up launching Sharelles Naturals LLC

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

I’ve gotten the majority of my clients from word of mouth and from posting pictures of my products on social media.
